We rented both houses (Blue & Yellow) and had 8 people on each house and it was amazing start to finish. Location was breathless - one one of the greatest beaches in world - perfect location. Judy and her team were amazing - had chef service two nights and the dinners where fabulous. She pre-loaded villas with our shopping list - service was awesome. Must meet her cousin Theo - legendary boat tours - get his number from Judy. Overall a 10 out of 10 - would highly recommend to anyone!!

This home was even better in person than in the photos. It was perfect for our group of 11. Judy & her staff answered ever request quicker than we ever expected. This is our 3rd year to visit the Exumas and I believe we have now found our annual location.

We had five couples and the house was absolutely perfect for our group. Plenty of space and the house sits on the most incredible beach. We highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back soon.

We had a wonderful time at Suma Sands! Grandparents, adult children and 5 grandchildren ages 8 months to 6 years. Plenty of room and wonderful kitchen. The outside space was great and the beach fabulous. Just a short walk to a fun and funky beach bar and very close to Santanas and Tropical Breeze, two of the best restaurants on the island. Judy was excellant and was quick to respond to our questions and water delivery. She also arranged for a catered dinner cooked by her daughter which we really enjoyed. A large number of kayaks so we could all paddle to the of shore island and cave. Plenty of beach toys, umbrellas and chairs.

Our family of 9 had an amazing 10 days at Suma Sands and would highly recommend. The entire house is spectacular and comfortable. It has all that you need, and more. The owner is also highly responsive and kind.

Our group of 7 just returned from the most amazing stay at Suma Sands Villa on Tropic of Cancer. The home is fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Upon arrival, our breath was taken away by the views that surround this property. The property was clean and well taken care of. Comfy beds and a nice indoor sitting area for the evenings (outside was too buggy). We spent a lot of our time in the pool and walking along the beach. Exuma is a very special island and we are so thankful we were able to experience it. You are within close distance to some of the best food options on the island: Tropic Breeze, Santanas, Blu on the Water, Haulover Bay. We also hired Chef Khriston for one night during our stay and it was by far worth it - best food of our entire trip! Communication with the host was excellent. All questions were answered promptly and we really enjoyed all the recommendation and information provided for us before our stay. Will definitely be back to this beautiful spot someday!

Everything about this home, location and stay was exceptional! Suma Sands is my dream home in my dream location. It is far from the action-which was exactly what we were looking for. The view, the water, the beach were perfection! Andy was quick to respond and helpful before our trip. Judy and her team were very kind and quick to respond to a couple of needs while there, i.e. propane refill, vaccum. We thought we would miss the hot tub but the pool was so warm it didn't matter. I can't wait to come back!

This is our 3rd trip to Exuma. This property and location are amazing. Remote Island, white sand beaches, crystal clear warm water, beautiful home on the beach. We will be back for sure.

This house is a 10 out of 10. The house is beautiful and very nicely decorated. It has a very high end beach theme throughout. We cooked every meal and the kitchen was very nicely stocked to do that. Lots of fun dishes and practical cookware. The only thing the kitchen is missing is a medium to large pot. The owners provided plenty of water for drinking and cooking. There was no need to purchase bottled water. There is a lovely round table that seats 10 in the dining room that overlooks the water. We used the concierge services that were offered and we were so happy we did. When we arrived the refrigerator was fully stocked with the items we requested. This was very convenient since we arrived in the afternoon. We literally got off the plane, drove to the house, changed into our bathing suits, hopped on the kayaks provided, and paddled out to the island you can see in the pictures. Our kids, 17, 19, 26 loved everything about the house. This was probably the nicest house we have ever stayed in. The pictures are exactly like they seem. You see the water, and it is beautiful, from every room on the back of the house. This place is paradise. I usually have trouble sleeping in a new bed, but not here. We loved having the heated pool and hot tub. We swam every day in the pool. There was a storm the 2nd day so the waves were a little too strong to get back in the kayaks the rest of the trip, but we loved hearing them crash against the sand. You will not regret staying in this house. It exceeded all of our expectations. We also appreciated the concierge service of COVID testing at the house before returning to the states. The house manager arranged this for us as well. The Exuma Market was a surprisingly well stocked grocery store. It was much smaller, but had 95% of everything we wanted to be able to cook for the week. We did eat out twice for lunch and both were good. The driving directions were a little comical at first, but we soon realised there are no signs except in George Town. It was a very easy drive from the airport, about 40 minutes. We dropped a pin when we got to the house and gps worked great! This place is perfect!

Loved our stay so much last year that we returned and brought friends. We ventured out a bit more (fishing trip arranged by Judy) and rented jet skis for the day, cruising in and out of the area, to the turtle island and ventured to a nearby mangrove. Everyone raved about the chef prepared dinners! They come in and cook and clean everything up (including putting the dishes away)! The car rental thru the Judy is super easy as well. The house is very well stocked with pool toys, kayaks, kitchen gadgets and cooking spices, oils, staples, laundry soap, even sunscreen. We loved the shack 3 minute walk on the beach serving tropical cocktails and Santana’s had great food as well (7min drive away) with the bakery next door that makes a delicious rum cake. If you go to town, we loved Choppys restaurant for a fun atmosphere with the whole place chiming in to an impromptu sing along to “Sweet Caroline” and “ Don’t Stop Believing” and Sharies for a great cocktail. The house is truly a slice of paradise with the cleanest beach, comfy yet tasteful furniture (indoor and out) and great views.

It comes equipped with multiple kayaks, paddle board and snorkel equipment. The kitchen is well stocked, and has 5 gallon water dispenser so no bottled water needed. We had a really wonderful luxurious vacation there. Loved the separate guest house. Works with a large group. Great set up, so comfortable.

Everything was amazing! From the views, to the pool, decor and beds… everything was perfect! We have stayed in Little Exuma 3 times and this was the best! No expense was spared … comfy outdoor lounge areas, every bed was SO SO dreamy (can not be said for other houses we’ve stayed at) bathrooms were beautiful and the living area was the perfect size for the 9 of us! Property has 7 Kayaks (2 double) and it was perfect! Tropic of Cancer Beach is the most beautiful and this house was too! We are spoiled now and don’t want to stay anywhere else. :)

This property was fantastic! Everything was just as described. It provided us with a lovely and private location we desired. We had the beach to ourselves, and the water was beautiful. Andy and Judy were fantastic hosts, accommodating and patient with all of our requests. Tourists will find Exuma to be a nice and welcoming place. The only thing that surprised us was the noseeums, which we had not anticipated, but otherwise it was a trip full of memories in a world-class setting!

The location is a little far from the airport and Georgetown but well worth it. We had a great trip!

Beautifully decorated home! First class. We really enjoyed our stay, We will be back. Andy, the owner is great. He really cares and wants to make sure your stay is everything you expect!

We are very experienced in renting homes on the island and elsewhere. This was our absolute favorite. The home is gorgeous, as well as the setting. We have extremely high standards, but they really got it right! We wanted for nothing. Judy was available whenever we needed her. Only regret is having to leave. Can’t wait to come back!

Words cannot describe how wonderful our trip was! The house was perfection! Everything we wanted and more. Everything was top notch including the property manager Judy and her staff. They made traveling so easy, even in a pandemic! She organized everything for us. I would highly recommend this property and will hopefully be booking a second trip later this year! We have visited the island for over 15 years and stayed in countless properties and this was THE BEST ONE YET! Wish we would have found it years ago.
