Good location close to cross country trails, close to bakery, and not too far from some restaurants and cable car going up for skiing. Kitchen well equipped. Espresso coffee machine, and most other utensils you would like to have for winter holiday. Nice balcony. Parking lot in underground garage with easy access to apartment.

Pick up and return of key: you have to drive to St. Moritz to pick up and return key. Apartment very dark. Insulation of window/door towards balcony not the best. Made living room too cold (potentially if main heater in living room had worked, might not be a problem). Parking space in underground garage is extremely small. Espresso coffee machine: no welcome capsules (would be nice to e.g. have 2-4 coffee capsules available for a start, before possibility to have bought them by guests).

No matter how well behaved polite and quiet we were the neighbours always found some excuse to make a complaint. Permanent residents are mostly retired people who entertain themselves with spying on and ambushing tourists... although we appreciate the difficulties resulting from the long term coexistance of permanent residents and tourists in the same building...
