The house was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. Really the whole house was greatly stocked. The pool was great and lots of fun things to do like putt putt golf, fishing, paddle boats and more. The view from the patio was absolutely beautiful. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was wonderful from The cleanliness to the location - great boat access and beautiful view. My husband and I brought our teenage daughters and two friends and there was plenty of room. This is a great home and we can’t wait to come back!

VRBO transfers this trip at this property to VACASA. It is not through VRBO. Everything in this home is falling into disrepair. Including the air conditioning that doesn’t work most of the time. Multiple nights I couldn’t sleep due to the high heat and no air. This was so frustrating Especially when you actually need the AC. Not to mention the plumbing is completely messed up. Every time you turn on a faucet or the dishwasher runs a cycle the water pipes knock loudly in thr walls. Don’t try to nap a infant here as you wont get a nap in with the knocking pipes in the walls. The neighbor was so nice and tried to help by calling his plumber to remedy the issue because Vacasa didn’t handle it at all. This is not something you want to have to coordinate on your vacation with a neighbor you don’t know. They kept sending back generic responses about not wanting us to have this experience but did nothing to actually remedy the many issues. They never actually handled one thing besides dropping off batteries when we weren’t there. The key lock outside the main door fell open when initially getting the key out and we couldn’t leave the key there for access throughout the stay because of it. The laundry machine is going out and screams loudly when in use. We decided to just not do laundry after being worried we would be blamed for the issue. Something is going out on that appliance as well as the dishwasher. The dishwasher you have to restart mid cycle off and on. We had to clean and mop when we got there with sticky floors. The fridge freezes some of our produce and we had to repeatedly buy food to replace it even with the he fridge on the warmest setting. There was coffee left in the coffee maker starting to mold over we had to clean that out too. The deck was a disaster smelling of stray cat piss. There were no pool cards left for us but thankfully we had friends throughout Wapato Point to allow us access. They never dropped off cards. The freezer doesn’t make ice, so we had to buy ice to stock there. The carpet is filthy and smells. No remotes for televisions had any batteries throughout the home. The shower floor was not cleaned. The beds had some pillow dust covers used as pillow cases. The entry was full of weeds and broken cement wall. No access to the garage for storage. There was trash in the little can when we arrived and our trash was never picked up. Wifi Didn’t work. Vacasa sent a generic message each time. Don’t be robbed like we were.

The location and space of home was great for our family, Loved having the pool right by the house and was located away from all the traffic. With little kids it was great for them to be able to ride their bikes around without too many cars coming in.

I rated it 2 stars because the unit's 3 bedroom configuration suited our family needs and the amenities of Wapato Point were available. We were able to enjoy the pool by ourselves.
The downside: the unit was not clean & had several maintenance issues. We arrived around 5:30pm & quickly got the grandkids fed. After dinner, as we were settling in, I noticed popcorn crumbs on the carpet, the kitchen floors had crumbs, the bathroom floors didn't look clean. I called Vacasa, who sent out 2 cleaners. The cleaners arrived within 20 minutes. At 7:30pm, they started to clean - which meant we had to wait on the outdoor deck for 1 hour as they cleaned. I asked for all the floors & the bathrooms to be cleaned. But as we were waiting for them to come, we discovered the dishwasher had dried on food debris on the bottom, the BBQ grill was dirty, the deck had some type of melted food stuck on the floor & trash scattered. The cleaners were polite & respectful & took care of the other issues as well. But now it was well past the grandkids bedtime. There was no liquid dishwashing soap for handwashing dishes, & we had to ask them for trash can liners. As the weekend went on, we noticed cobwebs on the ceiling, dust on all surfaces, the threshold in the downstairs bathroom had a tack sticking up, the front door jamb was loose & pulled away from the house every time the screen was opened, the oven was dirty, the dishwasher didn't work properly, the dishes in the cupboard weren't clean, there was a bloodstain on the pillowcase in the master, burn marks in a quilt downstairs, broken patio chairs, a few other broken chairs inside. The carpets could use a cleaning & should be replaced. This property is managed by Vacasa. We did not feel the unit had been "sanitized" as they advertise, especially during this CoVid time & would be very hesitant to rent another Vacasa property.

It was a great home, great view and location to be accessible to all the amenities without ever having to leave Wapato Point, which was super convenient when with small children. Loved it and would book it for my family again!

Our only concern is when we arrived the garbage cans were overflowing with trash, I called the Vacasa customer support line and was on hold for 30 minutes. Never able to speak to a real person, Went out cleaned up the trash and purchased some new can liners. When I questioned the Vacasa staff preparing the unit as we checked in. They said that was not their job. The condo is great, My first impression with Vacasa is tarnished....

Unit was clean and large enough to accommodate a big family. Amenities on the property are excellent. Great time and would recommend this to anyone traveling to Chelan.

Great condo and location! Place was clean and stocked. The only negative was the property management. They left us with 2 empty propane tanks. I tried contacting them twice but never got a reply back.

Went for a few days away. The location is wonderful, right across from the pool and a close walk to the lake. The layout of the condo is great with bedrooms downstairs for kids to spread out a little. Lots of great puzzles and games in the condo. However, the condo is in need of some deep cleaning. The deck area is dirty and covered in cobwebs and the baseboards were grimy... never a good sign. When we arrived there were some lightbulbs out and the WiFi was not working. After a few 30 min holds, we were able to talk to someone and all our issues were repaired during our stay.

The front entry and back deck were unkempt and dirty. No propane. And we were wondering where the towels were and they were still in the dryer. Bathmats and baseboards were dirty. And missing might bulbs. Vacasa came out immediately and cleaned the back deck of the cobwebs and thick dust and brought propane. But I am used to super clean facilities and was a little dissatisfied.

This was our second time at this home and it was just as pleasant as the first time! They are very responsive and the home had everything we needed! Very pleasant experience thank you :)

It was clean & comfortable with a beautiful view. We will definitely stay there again!

Also slidind door to deck does not lock. Otherwise it was a great stay. Very spacious and great view.

What a pleasant surprise this house was! It's even better than in the pictures. We had two families and we had plenty of room for our teenagers to spread out. It was nicely updated, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed eating breakfast out on the deck with the great view of the lake. (I actually don't think the pictures do the view from the living room and deck justice). We had a couple of very small maintenance things that we noticed when we arrived which we called the rental company about right away. Someone was at our unit within an hour to take care of it - great service! I'd highly recommend this unit if you're looking for a relaxing place to stay at Wapato.

It looked like new! Big 1st floor bedroom and shower.

The condo had a beautiful view of the lake. It fit our family very well. There were a lot of things for all ages to do!

We so enjoyed our stay at this condo! Perfectly set up for 3 family’s to stay comfortably .. beautiful view of the lake and the unit is clean and cute and stocked with everything you need for a long weekend/week away :) we’ll definitely stay again.. thanks for having us :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time at Wapato Point, and we absolutely loved it. We will definitely be back. We really like this condo a lot. Loved the layout of the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The floor plan of the living area was great. We would definitely consider renting this unit again but would love to see the deck furniture replaced. The furniture on the balcony has seen better days, it was pretty worn out and uncomfortable, but we suffered through it because we loved the view from the deck. There is also a set of furniture on the patio downstairs but it's completely broken. It should also be replaced, you can't even sit on it. The only other thing that would have enhanced our stay was the bedrooms downstairs need darker curtains, they are sheer so as soon as the sun came up, it was time to wake up, whether you were ready or not. But, overall we loved this condo. The decor is nice. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms had plenty of towels. The girls really enjoyed the pool that was very close to the unit. We brought our boat and loved having the smaller marina within walking distance.
