Nothing

The fact that after booking I was told that I had to provide details which I was unable to provide. I had not been told that it was self check in. Worried about not getting a place to stay, I immediately cancelled (?) and booked elsewhere. I was then informed I could not get a refund if I cancelled so I refused to cancel. It seems silly to be booked into two places on the one night but I refused to let them hire my room out again if they would not give me a refund.

Good location and comfortable beds. It was also very clean.

WiFi was poor. Strong WiFi is an essential particularly when there is a language barrier. We also couldn't get into the apartment when we arrived. The code on the door wouldn't work and the owner didnt have good English. We had to find someone to translate for us. We asked for an early check in at 1pm but when we arrived the cleaners were there at 2pm - this is probably related to a breakdown in communication

Location location. Kitchen facilities. Comfortable beds

Sharing a room with 3x others. Spare sheets should be available as the other guest had the couch. Bathroom was a bit small.

It was large enough for our family of 4, had everything we needed to cook and wash clothes. Perfect property!!
