The 52 will give you quick access to north county. The 67 to the Coronado base and beaches. Close to all the restaurants, shopping, groceries, and specialty stores in Santee. The unit has 2 well-lit bedrooms (and 1 bathroom) upstairs, and a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room downstairs. The queen-sized beds are high-quality and rooms have thick curtains for those working nights. The living room sofa-sleeper turns into a queen-sized bed, so the unit can sleep 6+ Central AC and heater, super fast Wi-Fi, large wide-screen TVs with movies on demand (via Apple TV and Netflix) in every room. The kitchen is large and has everything you could want. Large stainless steel refrigerator (with ice maker), dishwasher, appliances, cookware, etc. There is a small backyard area with patio furniture for enjoying dinner and wine outside but with full privacy. Washer/Dryer, ironing board, and everything you could need is included. The condo complex offers a pool, mailboxes, manicured lawns, etc. Plenty of parking. We have a 1-month min but tend to cater to guests staying 2-6 months. We are not a vacation rental. We specialize in temporary accommodations for couples relocating, traveling nurses, and families relocating to San Diego and needing temporary accommodations. The neighborhood is extremely safe, family-oriented, and within walking distance of a Starbucks, frozen yogurt place, and many other businesses. It is one corner of the condo complex, so it offers a lot of peace and quiet. Children welcome, but no pets (some dogs will be considered, but only if kept in the fenced in backyard and not allowed indoors).
