This condo is very spacious actually slept 10 comfortably. Short walk across Street to parking lot for Beaver Creek ski resort which happens to be the best ski mountain in Colorado. Didn't even need a rental car shuttle from eagle/Vail Airport to condo food and drink within walking distance. Will definitely be back.

Beaver creek ski resort is a hidden gem and this unit is right at the bottom of the hill. Looks out over the eagle river as well.Tons of room looks very updated will come back again and again

We had a great experience! The unit was great. Very comfortable, plenty of room, and a well stocked kitchen for cooking family meals. The unit is nicely situated on the river. Very pretty view with the snow and I’m sure it would be lovely in the summer/fall. It’s a short walk across the street (which can get busy, so be careful) to the Bear Lot where you can catch the shuttle to Lift 15 (lower beaver creek) or go up to the village. The unit has a heated garage and ample storage for your ski gear.

Great! We will be back!
We had a great experience! The unit was great. Very comfortable, plenty of room, and a well stocked kitchen for cooking family meals. The unit is nicely situated on the river. Very pretty view with the snow and I’m sure it would be lovely in the summer/fall. It’s a short walk across the street (which can get busy, so be careful) to the Bear Lot where you can catch the shuttle to Lift 15 (lower beaver creek) or go up to the village. The unit has a heated garage and ample storage for your ski gear.

Great location and accommodations!
Comfortable accommodations for our group of eight. Right across the street from Beaver Creek and a ten-minute drive to Vail. The property was comfortable and very clean. Kitchen was well appointed. Gas BBQ on the deck was nice to have for grilling. Heated garage for one of our cars and our ski gear was nice to have. Excellent fitness center with a nice locker room for changing to use the nearby outside hot tub.
Guest contact for the property was very responsive via text for the few small issues we encountered. Windows of the property look out to the river below and the walking trail. I-70 is just across the river but there was no traffic or noise at night.
We would stay here again!

The sheets and pillowcases could definitely have an upgrade as we felt the large cleaning fee should have taken care of hair and makeup stains (the manager said this could just fallen from the cleaners hair???) but overall the group felt it was an okay stay!

Trip to Avon co to ski at vail/beaver creek- short trip after new year’s- on arrival the unit looked like there had been a drunken frat party - nothing cleaned- beds filthy- bathrooms and kitchen filthy- no Covid procedure followed- we had to make do for our first- night - day - cleaning as much as we could to sleep the night - contact with the billing company with initial response but no follow up - very disappointed!!

The down side to the property, for us, was the hot tub was not useable. It was dirty and had a layer of grime on it. I contacted guest services and they were told it was serviced; however, nothing had changed. The next day guest services was told the contact at the property had inspected it and it was fine. We checked it and once again no change. We sent pictures showing the dirty hot tub and it was then the communication stopped, no response was received. It was dissapointing as we specifically picked the property to be able to enjoy the hot tub after a day of exploring. One note, even if it had been clean it was small and would not have accomodated our group size.
We also found the standard King room to have a TV but it didn't work. I reached out to guest services and was told cable was no longer wired to that room. While it wasn't a big deal we do enjoy watching a little TV before bed and the other bedrooms were taken by our other guests so whe couldn't just use a different room. Again not a big deal just something we didn't expect to encounter.
The only other downside was the property has a beautiful creak out the back of the property with just a walking path seperating the two. So very easy access. Unfortunatley the property is also by a busy road so it isn't very quite. While it was still relaxing at the property it would have been nice to hear the water vs. all the cars and semis driving by. But that is just personal preference.

Wonderful Townhome!
We just stayed here for 4 nights over New Year’s. This townhome is well laid out and well stocked for anything you need. The owners obviously take care of the place because it was immaculate. The location is great because it’s quiet yet still close to everything. We are already talking about our next trip to stay in this wonderful unit.

Lovely rental
We had a wonderful stay at this rental property. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped and the linens are great quality. We didn’t use the grill or decks but there was a beautiful view and would be so pleasant in warmer weather. My one critical feedback about the property would be the curtains in the second king bedroom upstairs. They don’t fit the windows and light shines through on the sides.
The Bear Lot parking lot and bus pickup for Beaver Creek is not very far away. However, it is across the busy street and down a ways. Just something to think about if you have young kids like we do. It was worth it to pay $10 to park in the lot and not wear the kids out walking to the bus route.
The heated garage is a nice addition for leaving ski/snowboard equipment in. My extra long Lincoln Navigator also just fit in the garage so it’s quite spacious.

This is a great property. It was clean and cozy and worked well for the 7 of us who stayed there. The location was also wonderful. Very close to amenities in Avon and Edwards and close to several different skier drop off locations.

Warm and Inviting with a Great Location
Roomy Condo with a tranquil view right on the Eagle River, minutes from town and the slopes. Linda, the property manager, was a great communicator and let us check in early. Nothing to complain about here. Be sure that you have the energy (or men) to lug heavy suitcases up the stairs as the garage is up a flight of stairs, and 3 of the 4 bedrooms are up another flight of stairs. Otherwise, you're sure to love the place and it's amenities.

Excellent location, overlooking the river and very close to AVON. We were two families with kids, and we enjoyed our stay very much. Carpet was a bit worn out, but overall the place was in great condition. Would definitely stay there again.

Family Vacation to Avon
This property was very nice, a nice location with the bike/walking trail right out the back which follows the river. Close to Beaver Creek, Avon, Edwards and Vail but do not have the hustle and bustle of the towns to worry about in the quiet location. Condo is provided with everything you need and the property manager was excellent. We had 2 families of 4 stay and we had more than enough room!

Better than being at home!
The view and sound of the river just outside the condo was wonderful! The walls were so well insulated that sounds were never transmitted between any of the rooms or bathrooms - early risers didn't wake late sleepers. The gorgeous kitchen with granite counter tops was supplied with plenty of very nice dishes, mugs & glasses, wine goblets, pots, pans, knives, serving dishes, silverware, and, all the appliances and foil and plastic wrap you needed to feel right at home. We enjoyed the paved path along the river for evening and morning walks, and, for access to the park which hosted the festival we attended. It was so convenient to cook on the supreme gas grill located on the deck just out the kitchen door, and, the second deck off the family room was lovely for enjoying the river. Trail-heads on the ski mountains were just a few minute drive from the condo where we enjoyed fabulous views across the valley. Thank you for the lovely accommodations!
