Located in Buckeye, this charming house for R 2,180 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Three bedroom, 2 bath house in Sundance Golf community. House has private pool, hot tub and garage with 3 outside parking spaces. Quiet neighborhood. Very nice one level ranch. No smoking. Sleeps 6 nicely. Pool is heated by solar panels so outside temperatures need to be in the eighties to heat pool warm enough to swim. Washer and dryer are also included. There's a barbecue grill, a coffee maker, blender, toaster, icemaker, dishes, towels, bedding, etc and cute patio furniture. It's a lovely place to relax. Wi fi included. We also have two bicycles for your enjoyment. Dogs allowed with fee.

The place was exactly as described and comfortable, and the hot tub was very nice to use after a long day of hiking or golfing. Its located very close to the Sundance golf course so the location is extremely convenient if you are a golfer!
All in all it was a very relaxing three week stay and we would definitely consider coming back.

My family (husband, teen, elementary, and newborn) stayed in this lovely home over thanksgiving. It perfectly accommodated our entire family. The neighborhood has a park directly across from the home that my kids loved, they made friends with the neighborhood kids at the basketball court. Everything was clean and well stocked. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Buckeye!

Beautiful home with pool in a very quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed for our month’s stay was there. The house lacked a bit of cleanliness. Luke’s Air Force base is not to far away, a lot of F16 jets in the sky, they are pretty noisy. A suggestion, since the house is for six people, it would be nice to have six chairs and a larger table on the patio outside. Over all great experience!

We enjoyed our stay in Arizona. The location of the home worked well for us. The home itself is quite small, but doable. The lighting in the living could be improved by use of table lamps. For us, the couch was too soft and uncomfortable. Definitely painful for our back. If anything, it taught me to pay attention to listing details more carefully regarding furniture. The TV is a smart TV and limits to only streaming, something we don't do. We couldn't watch network channels nor the local news. We ended up purchasing an indoor antenna from Walmart, worked great. We'll use it for future travel. Also, the grill was out of gas and disgusting. Such a fire hazard. My husband spent over 45 minutes cleaning the entire grill. We purchase a tank of gas. It should be set for the next renter--you're welcome! I did reach out to Karen several times and she responded immediately and was receptive to my concerns. One last thing. The neighbors from up the street and around the corner love parking in front of this house, across the street. This made it difficult for us to pull our truck into the drive, since they were lined up in front of the garage to the corner. I do hope the HOA does something. It was daily for the 2 weeks we were there. So, my guess the threat of being fined from HOA is an empty one

We work for a San Diego based merchandise company and frequently have to stay in other cities and states. This was one of the best stays we have ever had and we appreciate all the aspects of the home and stay. Definitely will book again in the future for our trips.

My husband and I sold our house on the east coast and moved to Arizona. We rented this house for a month while we looked for a house to buy. The hosts were very easy and friendly to work with both while booking and during the rental period. The house was just what we needed. Shopping was just 3-4 miles away…. groceries, restaurants and home needs. Convenient to everything. The brand new Costco that opened 3 miles down the road was an added bonus.

Communication with owner was quick. We have rented other homes in Buckeye but never with the use of parking in the garage and the use of their bicycles, A+ in my book. Will definitely rent again.

Good location with easy access to freeways & some nice regional parks for hiking … Skyline, Estrella Mountains, White Tank Mountains.
Hot tub was nice after a day of activity, and even used the pool a few times.
Comfortable beds, and the Ninja made great smoothies.

Overall a great stay and would recommend to others. Owners respond timely to messages.
Pros: Nice well appointed home with many useful amenities; plenty of towels. Master bedroom mattress very comfortable. Couch soft/comfortable. Nice laundry area in garage. TV streaming apps and internet.
Cons: Did not receive door code at check in time. Had to message owner to get the code and wait for a response while on the way to the property from the airport. This caused me to panic somewhat since it was Christmas Eve; but they responded with the code a few minutes before we arrived and crisis was averted.
When getting up Christmas morning to make that first cup of coffee, found the inside of the coffee maker was filthy. Spent 30 minutes cleaning and sanitizing it before use. (And descaled it before leaving)
Neighbors to the right of the home have a spotlight pointed directly at the hot tub at night which was not only annoying but creepy so we only used it briefly one time.
There is a step down in the garage that we didn’t see; lost our balance, almost fell. Really need some sort of warning there for us older folks so no one gets hurt.
Suggestions: House seemed dark inside. A couple of lamps and a coffee table would make it more homey. A glass casserole dish would be useful for those who cook.
Otherwise the kitchen was very well stocked. Accidentally bought coffee beans instead of ground coffee but there was a coffee grinder there that saved the day! :)

We came as a group of 6 - 4 adults and 2 teens - to race dirt bikes at the nearby track. The house was absolutely perfect for us. The hot tub wasn’t working but the owner communicated that with us in advance. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed including seasonings and foil/baggies. Sooo many towels were available, that never happens at a vacation rental LOL. Being able to do laundry was a huge plus for us too. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located near tons of amenities. Off-street parking for both of our large cargo vans was great. We would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here , clean, as advertised , great communication with the owner, easy check in ,, their spa broke while we were there which was unfortunate but owners made every effort to get parts for it. Zero complaints , great stay.

This was an amazing experience! The house was immaculate and extremely comfortable. It was accommodating for my entire family with small kids and a teenager. We went in the summer time and the pool was the biggest attraction, so nice, clean and comfortably heated just right. There is nothing bad to say about the place. We can't wait to visit again!

Great Value
We stayed for about 2 months while completing some business in Arizona. Karen and Kenneth's home was clean, well equipped and the owners were very responsive to small things that can occur with home ownership. The hot tub was very enjoyable in the evening, as was the pool, although it did become too cool to use the pool by mid October. Bikes were a nice touch, and the neighbourhood/street were very nice. Thanks Karen and Kenneth.

A home away from home
I stayed in this house for about 7 weeks while I was on a clinical rotation for Physical Therapy School. I had an amazing time! This house is located in a beautiful neighborhood and a growing town. The pool was an awesome amenity to have as it was always fun and relaxing after a long day of work. The owners even provided some pool equipment that I was able to use during my stay there. The inside of the house was spacious and provided a comfortable living arrangement. The couch was so comfortable that I never wanted to get off of it! Whenever I texted the owners, they were quick to respond! I am very grateful to have been able to live in this home and I would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in the area.

Great place to stay with your family
Overall this property was great. Owners were super easy to work with. Property is in great shape, and very clean. My family of 5 stayed there and it was perfect for us. Kids loved the pool and Hot tub. We didn't do any cooking, but kitchen looked like it was stocked to do so.

Felt safe in the quiet neighborhood. Food and stores just a short drive away. Home had everything that was needed.

Down for NASCAR, the property was extremely close to the track no need for highway traffic. Proper was clean safe and comfortable. We swam everyday while there plenty of towels and toys. The patio gave way to amazing morning sunrises. Will rent again as we are season holders!
