The location in excellent.

This company is a joke. The entire experience was just awful. We arrived and found a disgusting apartment; urine on the floor of the staircase, pieces of toilet paper on the couch, stains of sweat on the headboard of the bed, dirty linens, strong smell of sewage in the bathroom, broken shutters, and the apartment is poorly soundproof and constantly smells like weed from the neighbors. We contacted the company immediately upon arrival and they said we may relocate to a different location, but they wanted to charge us more for it. In addition, this solution would have meant that we had to switch apartments again during our stay. Essentially, the were saying that in order to get a clean apartment I need to pay more. We had to put towels on the bed as it was so dirty. Also, they asked for copies of our passports and visa’s 3 times already, and counting, threatening that if we won’t provide it they will charge is an additional 17% VAT. We’re sending again and again but they keep on harassing us. Stay away from this company! We do not recommend at all!

Detailed instructions given. Unfortunately I had to call for assistance and the person did not speak English very well. So it was tricky. But we managed to go through it.

it was well located for getting around.

it is on a very main road and the noise through the night of traffic, people talking and sirens was not conducive to a good nights sleep.

Location is not OK due to reconstruction works on the street and on the parking - very noisy and dusty. The apartment was not clean enough - especially, it is dusty around conditioner, ceiling and lamp in the bedroom. Also bathroom/shower was not clean. There is a fungus in some places in the apartment including the shower. It was not easy to change this apartment - after several attempts with involvenment of the host and booking.com we moved to another apartment in another location. in
