Situated at one of the best locations on the high side of Vincentia (Jervis Bay), with a North Easterly aspect making it cool in summer with the north easterly breezes. Magic views of Jervis Bay and the coastal ranges. 12 min. walking distance to all shops, cafes, beaches etc. Very spacious and luxury ground floor Accommodation with an Executive feel. Living and dining area has an open plan. Bedroom has Queen size bed, large bathroom. The apartment is separate to the main house, with its own private entrance and very private. The apartment is fitted out with quality fittings which includes leather, granite and lead light fittings. Magnificent gardens front and rear with a beautiful fish pond to sit beside and have your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Undercover BBQ and outdoor setting area. Rear of property backs on to the National Park for those wishing to go on bush walks. Bicycle paths all around the area. Note : Apartment and outdoor area are not shared areas they are for the guests private use. The renowned Hyams beach the whitest sand in the world is only a 10 min drive away TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Number of guests not to exceed 2 adults. 2. Parties and functions strictly prohibited 3. Departure of unit should be left in similar state to its condition on arrival. 4. No children or pets (sorry) 5. Check out is strictly before 10am What is included Free WI-FI. - DVD player and movies - Books and magazines. Linen and towels. Bed is made up before your arrival. Bedside clock radio. Bathroom is supplied with hand wash, shampoo, hand soap, tissues and toilet paper. The kitchen has a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and all utensils. Salt and pepper, Tea towels. Tea, coffee, sugar and fresh milk of your choice supplied for your stay. 4 Burner BBQ with side stove burner, cooking oil and utensils. Outdoor motion sensor security lights and indoor night lights. Air Con.Heating, fans, Iron facilities and hair blow dryer. Smoking allowed outdoors only. Our accommodation was amazing, spotlessly clean, garden was beautifully tendered. The view from the apartment was magic overlooking Jervis Bay. Therese welcomed us to her beautiful home like we were family. She even flicked the switch on for the sun!! We highly recommend this stay.

The gardens are a soothing welcome. The accommodation's photos were exact. I enjoy the defined spaces of separate bedroom and living areas. We enjoyed a drink overlooking the serene back garden, watching fairy wrens, black cockatoos and multiple varieties of parrots/lorrikeets. Very relaxing

A great place to stay
We loved the property. It was so clean, spacious and everything we needed was supplied. We also loved the garden it was interesting to wander around and find all the little knickknacks with succulents in them.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation, perfectly located on the hill overlooking Jervis Bay and surrounds. Lovely manicured gardens too, making it a peaceful place to settle down after a day out exploring this great region.

On the plus: The apartment is quiet, beautiful and well appointed. The view to the ocean is also lovely. The owner is very helpful and the gardens exceptional. All our basic needs were met.
On the minus: there is no stove or oven (there is a small microwave). This fact is noted in the fine print under "Kitchen" but not in the general description of the unit, so we missed it. We like to cook our own hot breakfast and occasional dinner, which is why we rent an apartment rather than staying in a hotel, so this was disappointing.
In addition, TV reception (Free to Air only) was poor at night and viewing was disturbed with frequent pixelation.

A great place to stay in Vincentia
We stayed 3 nights in the middle of winter. Sun streamed into the living area and the views were gorgeous. Nothing to fault with the place. Thanks to our hosts.

Great Place to Stay in Vincentia
An immaculately kept property. The owners are nice people and are very friendly. They have thought of everything to make your stay very enjoyable. Huskisson is very close by, with good dining options. We would highly recommend a stay at this property and we intend to stay there next time we are in that part of the state.

Perfect for a small getaway!
We had such a wonderful time staying here and would highly recommend for a quiet getaway. Chris and Therese were incredibly hospitable and just so warm upon our arrival. If you get lucky with a clear evening sky, you are also in for a REAL treat for what you will see!

Home away from home
My partner and I have greatly enjoyed our stay at this property, the interaction with the owners was very pleasant and left us smiling all the way home. Located in a very quiet part of the town and yet only few minutes away from many cool restaurants and beaches. Definitely highly recommended!
