If your airplane is late, do not worry about no means of transport. This bus is 24 hours all day. I'll be waiting for you at you get off point (new Hankyu hotel entrance) By train: From the KIX airport you can take the JR express train. Direct flight, no transfer. Get off at JR Fukushima station, (next one station is the Osaka station), and I can pick you up at this station. Or JRs Haruka train get off at shin-Osaka station.
