A circa 3 minuti dal centro di Cefalù, offre praticamente tutto in camera. Noi abbiamo scelto la camera con vasca idromassaggio per rilassarci dopo un po’ di strada da Taormina. Colazione varia ed abbondante. Proprietario gentile e disponibile.

Muy lindo todo, el desayuno completísimo y las habitaciones cómodas, la camada cómoda y el baño un lujo. Nosotros estuvimos con mi pareja en la doble económica solo una noche y va muy bien la verdad. El personal un 10 tmb y la persona que nos atendió hablaba inglés.

Lo único que podría poner en contra es que del centro histórico queda a unos 15 minutos caminando más o menos, y hay una sola forma de llegar caminando, lo cual si sos de recorrer y caminar mucho la vuelta a casa puede hacerse larga. Lo demás todo perfecto.

The host was more than exellent, we asked for an early breakfast and it was done for us, delicious and at the right time, we were very satisfied, and we really say thank you very much.

Bardzo przyjazny i pomocny personel. W pokoju czysto i ciepło (styczeń). Odległość do centrum miasteczka ponad 1km ale łatwa i szybka do pokonania.

Dziwne dźwięki z dachu. Obiekt znajduje się przy samych torach więc warto zwrócić na to uwagę (Nam nie przeszkadzało ale słychać).

El personal nos atendió muy bien, nos explicó la habitación además de como movernos por la ciudad y nos recomendó lugares. El desayuno estaba muy bien. Además nos dejaron aparcar dentro de las instalaciones.

Las fotos difieren mucho de la realidad. La habitación cuando entras huele súper fuerte a un producto de limpieza y a humedad. Estás al lado de una vía de tren, cada vez que pasa el ruido es estrepitoso. Éramos 3 personas, y cuando llegamos solo había toallas para dos, tardaron más de 4 horas en darnos una solución de self service. La chica del desayuno solo entiende italiano, nada de inglés. Nuestra estancia no fue para nada lo esperado en este lugar. Además de que nunca hay nadie en recepción. Nosotras no lo recomendaríamos.

Grande chambre avec salle de bains privative, propre. Possibilité de s'y garer. La plage et le centre ville se trouvent à une petite dizaine de minutes à pied mais ce n'est pas gênant du tout. L'espace à côté de la piscine (piscine non utilisable lors de notre séjour) est plutôt mignon.

Communication moyenne avant l'arrivée (je n'ai eu aucune réponse à mes messages envoyés 24h avant concernant l'heure d'arrivée si ce n'est 5 minutes avant notre arrivée). Petit déjeuner très moyen...

Pas d'accueil. Le frigo ne fonctionne pas. La voie ferrée devant le logement. La douche non étanche qui inonde la salle de bain. Présence de moustiques dans la chambre.

Keine Möglichkeit die gebrauchten Handtücher aufzuhängen. Keine Ablagen in der Dusche. Wenn man das Badfenster zum lüften öffnen will, steht man nackt auf der Gemeinschaftsterrasse, welche auch schon bessere Tage gesehen hat. Die Liegen lösen sich schon in der Sonne auf. Der Folienpool ist defekt und darin steht und modert das Wasser Außer einer Kleiderstange keine Möglichkeiten Kleidung aufzuhängen oder abzulegen. Auch keine Möglichkeit den Koffer abzulegen. Wir haben das 3. Bett dafür genutzt. Diese Anlage ist das beste Beispiel dafür, wie Geld gescheffelt und nebenbei alles verfallen gelassen wird. Sicherheit mit einem ausgeleierten Schloß ohne Schließblech. Und das alles für 95€ pro Nacht! Wir haben in preiswerteren Unterkünften schon besser übernachtet.

Personal sehr hilfreich beim selbst einchecken. Es gab eine genaue Videoerklärung. Frühstück war sehr lecker. Es gab einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

Die Clobrille hat sich ständig verschoben und es gab keine Haken für Handtücher.

E risultata un po’ vecchiotta e sinceramente trascurata furi dalla porta della nostra camera sembrava un ripostiglio e purtroppo parlo sempre per la nostra ,vicinissima alla ferrovia troppo rumorosa praticamente ci svegliavamo ad ogni treno che passava

Not many things. Size of the room was ok. but this hotel failed to deliver, photos were nothing like what was advertised on Booking.com

Location - right next to a railway line, very noisy, train passes every 10 mins or so, not mentioned on advertising. On the outskirts of town. Long walk into town. Very hard to find this property, no sign, it took us several attempts to find it. Pool - vinyl interior with a ladder to climb into the pool which was rusty Room - good size, mattress a bit firm. TV was too small for the wall. Room had a musty smell. Bathroom - no soap or soap holder, hand shower not working Breakfast - was included but we chose not to have any as the area around the breakfast area had synthetic grass which smelled of cat urine. Also breakfast was too late 8.30am, should be earlier. Donkey - in a little plot of land next to the small carpark was a donkey, so there was a smell Lock on the Door - our bedroom door lock would not lock or open properly. Had to use a multi grip spanner to open up our door in the mornings. Overall - property needs a total refurbishment. Areas around the units not maintained well, looks like a dump. Would not stay there again !

The pool was a disgrace. The rooms were not great. We stayed 3 nights and ended up having cold showers every evening. The door to our room the handle was coming off and didn’t feel safe. The dining area was very small and when it was full it felt like everyone was on top of each other.
