Everything was good just had bad time with taxi booked return taxi to airport and the taxi did not turn up so had to pay Uber around 80euros

Very spacious villa with all that is required for a great holiday. 4 double bedrooms all with their own bathroom (2 twins on top floor, double on ground floor and double in basement). Good communication with owners. Pool was great to have and a great view over the marina. It is a little walk down the hill to the marina; we were informed of a shortcut down a slope - took 10 minutes. We also had a car for golf - needed as there were no nearby shops either.

Situated at the top of a hill overlooking the marina - it does get very windy. Parasols could do with renewing - they were broken and the wires could be a hazard to young children.

The property is huge! for a family of 4 it’s more than plenty. There is a great amount of kitchen equipment. The panini press is a great addition. plenty of bathrooms for each member of the family. The pool is lovely with good views of the marina. Definitely need a car as it is a bit out of the way but the upside is that it makes the Villa totally peaceful. Great selection of supermarkets near by. There is a small marina about a 15 minute walk away with a few eateries but for better restaurants and nightlife I recommend a drive to Vilamoura marina (35 minutes) or Albufeira old town (10 minutes.) Nice beach at Albufeira.

Not much apart from one of the 4 bedrooms is in the basement with the games room (pool table, fussball table & various board games) and it’s a bit musty down there.

The villa is stunning inside and out. Extremely clean and very spacious. The pool is amazing to relax and not overlooked by other villas. It has everything you need even a dishwasher and washing machine. The owners are lovely and very helpful. Some reviews on here have said it is abit out the way. We thought the location was perfect nice and quiet with amazing views overlooking the Marina and gorgeous blue sea. Just out the villa going left up the hill is a gorgeous bar/restaurant with great food. The Marina is a 10 minute walk away with lots of lovely bars, places to eat and shop. There is a mini supermarket just up the steps from the Marina which was very handy. The beaches are beautiful about 15 minute walk away. We had an amazing holiday and we rate this place 5 stars. Would stay again without a doubt. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful villa.

The villa was massive photos don’t do it justice. Excellently equipped. Lovely clean pool. Close to marina 10 minutes walk and 2 fabulous beaches.

Can get a bit windy but cools you down during the day.

Extremely spacious property with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The pool area was brilliant, fantastic views of the Marina and lots of outside space. Only a 10 minute walk to the Marina and 25 minutes to the Old Town.

The only thing I would suggest would make this a perfect property was some more outside furniture, but I am being picky! The property and contact with owners was superb!

Villa was fantastic. Everything you needed for a vacation

On the 2nd night of our stay we were burgled and robbed at 5.30 in the morning. Spoke with the owner and reported the theft.
