Superb

Great location. Fabulous views from the roof terrace. Near the beach and not too far from the harbour. Big living space to fit eight people comfortably 👌 😁 thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely again 🥰

Lovely pool, all be it a bit deep,a more gradual slop would have suited me better. Would have preferred the bathroom window to have been fully frosted,it was fine, though. Could have done with a few more glasses and mugs, had to constantly wash them as not enough mugs or large glasses for all. None of this ruined our holiday it was fabulous 💃

Beware - you do not get to use the whole property or chose your own sleeping arrangements!!

They supplied bats for the table tennis table.

I booked this 4 bed villa for 5 people. On arrival only 3 bedrooms were made up with sheets. I messaged the owner (Hi where do I find spare sheets - two of the beds don’t have them!) expecting a reply to say he’d drop some off or which cupboard to find them in. There then followed accusations that I had brought more than 5 people and an insistence that we were only allowed to use 3 rooms. I patiently explained we were 3 generations of family and my teenage kids wanted their own rooms, which is why I’d booked a 4 bedroom Villa, but he insisted that we should all share. He refused to supply sheets. Two days later while we were out he got his cleaners to remove the sheets from my elderly mothers room (which was full of her stuff) and took away a set of towels too. The spitefulness of that act left me furious. I got in touch with booking.com who agreed he had advertised it as use of all 4 bedrooms with no mention of not being allowed to use them all. They said he hurled abuse at them when they asked him to provide sheets. Rather than provide an extra set of sheets he got booking.com to tell me to leave (at midnight!) or that if I asked nicely I would get some sheets. I do not respond well to creepy old bullies and so I did not. We never did get our sheets and I spent the whole holiday sleeping on a tablecloth. Even with sheets, the beds are uncomfy. No duvets are provided though it’s cold at night, and the blankets from the cupboard smell funky. One of the bathrooms stinks of drains and leaves you ankle deep in water when you shower. The wifi does not work. The pool is cold and the owner told me that he refuses to heat it over 24degrees, even in late October. Some of the light bulbs are blown. The showers are terrible. The pool table has seen better days. The back gate is locked with no entry signs so you can’t access the short cut to the beach. The bedroom doors are ill-fitting and make a loud crack every time you open them, which wakes everyone up.

Fantastic villa with a view to die for. Everything you need are there. 10 minutes from a great beach and 20 minutes from the Albufeira marina.

Awesome stay

The villa was excellent with all you could need for a family trip away. The beach close by was very nice and never too crowded. The pool area was an absolute godsend for the children.

Only two issues with the villa. 1. A shop within walking distance could have been helpful, every trip was an Uber away. 2. A lot of the fixtures and fittings need replaced. Some of the ornaments are fragile, the toilet holders look like they'd fall off at any time. The dining room table is about to fall apart at any minute.

Unbelievable villa in a beautiful location.

The facilities of the property were fantastic, it delivered as expected. Beautiful villa in a great location.

We weren't able to check-in until 2pm even though I'd requested an earlier check-in. We also had to check-out in the am, having paid for the final day and our flights not being till in the late pm.

Fantastic villa

Everything! A beautiful, spacious villa perfect for our family holiday. Located in a quiet area but within easy walking distance of restaurants and bars. Miguel, the owner, was very attentive and helpful. We were a family with 4 teenage boys and all of us thoroughly enjoyed it - the heated swimming pool, table tennis and pool table kept them occupied for hours. We’ll definitely book again! Thank you.

Exceptional

The villa owners were so attentive, any issues that we had they were able to fix immediately. For example, we locked ourselves out of the villa, and they arrived within 10 minutes to let us back in and when the wifi stopped working it was fixed within 90 mins. Such amazing service!
