Didn’t have proper sleep due to air cond not working - not blowing cool air

even after requesting for a conducive and restful night, we were given a room with air cond not working.

Need improve Abit more I think.

Aircond is cool

I already reach there morning 9am, reception staff told room is fully book, need to wait. Wait lobby until around almost 1pm. Sunddely there was a walk in customer they giving room. Then I ask again then they giving me room. I know the house rules is check in at 2pm - check out 12pm. I think it's not wrong if sometimes give and take policy in this line.Im also has works in budget hotel line. The room not bad, but TV not working at all, no body shampoo in room, bed sheets not fix nice.

Disappointing

Good for short stay.

Everything is good because I was booking it to have some short rest before going back to KL. But the staff was really bad and unethical. I have booked online and paid then she said the room was booked by someone else and there is no more similar room. I have to upgrade my room. This was for my brother. He went there and was told these. So he needs to make an upgrade paying more for a 4 hours usage. Then the staff ask to change my booking but it was not possible because I already paid. What I did was call the hotel from KL and ask for explaination. Then she said oh we have room but it was small just asking whether still want to have the same room or upgrade. She was lying and turning on what she said initially. Anyhow, I made it clear that we want that rooms as we already paid.
