Need to improve on cleanliness and all the other things are good

Staffs are very good polite and helpful

Room was dusty and mat was with dust. Kettle provided to make coffee was full of dust. Menu card placed in the room with dust

I am really happy with helpful staff

Being a hotelier by profession, I know the hotel operations in detail. I am glad that I chose this property. The facilities were great and service was great too.

A mediocre stay experience

The toilets were well maintained. Lift was Functioning all the time.

Very small room. No facilities to keep or hang your clothes. Verandah was dark. Lot of stains in bed sheet. Break fast starts at 8.30. It's pretty late for morning check out guests. For me the breakfast items reached the dining hall at 8.50 am and that also one by one. As I had to catch a bus at 9.15 I grabbed a piece of bread and had to run out. Very meagre items also for breakfast.

Overall the hotel room was dirty and untidy

The breakfast was good including bread , butter, boiled egg, fruit etc

Our room and washroom were really dirty and untidy specially the floors. They didn’t even clear the washroom and the room. And a very bad smell was coming from the washroom. However, breakfast should include more foods

Location is good

-- Size of the rooms are very small -- Breakfast is very bad and they don't serve buffet if less occupancy, then you will get a piece of bread and egg with tea , nothing else . You have to argue to get sufficient breakfast for a group of people -- Behavior of the stuffs are not good

The room is very small. They made double beded room in a space of single bedded Room. TV is not working. Staff could not made it workable. There is no space for keeping two bags in a room. They did not provide hanger for hanging garments. They provide only one 500ml complementary watter bottle for one day only. There is no foot mat. Restaurant is too costly. They charged rs 100 for one bottle of water. Passage lightings , reception lightings is very poor. Less quantity of staff. Cleanliness is average. Not worthy according to daily tariff/room charges.

extremely horrible and disgusting

extremely poor rooms with dirty stained pillows and bed sheets. filled with mosquitoes. The staff are extremely rude and we checked in at 1 am and had to change rooms after seeing the horrible condition that was offered. No decent restaurant. they had not even changed any bed covers for god knows how long. Absolutely rude staff who had no solution but to say if you don’t like it change the hotel. I don’t recommend this to anyone. we had no option late night but never going back

I booked deluxe room but they provide me a economic room , room size was like bathroom , when I told them I paid for deluxe room , they said talk to the booking.com, how can they booked your room at this price,

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed , even when I asked them to give me the bill they denied and make an excuse...

Overall, I had a great experience with the hotel. staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate holidays... The front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant, and helpful. The property is clean and has a fantastic charm.

The reception team were too arrogant, the rooms were too small with no complimentary breakfast and charges too high with no proper room amenities as cupboards or table chair, bathroom kit. Late and ignorant services.
