Excellent Park City condo. It snowed 12-18inches each night but the HOA cleared the snow each morning by 10am. The condo was warm and cozy and within 1-2 miles of anything you might need. New appliances and beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Hard to get into property… hard to contact management company… no water filter in the refrigerator… fan not working in room with pull out couch.. towel bar in laundry room broken…pull out garbage broken…

Great location. Well equipped kitchen with quality appliances. Quiet neighborhood. Management response was good via text messaging.
When a drawer broke, it was fixed the same day!

This is a wonderful, cozy spot to relax after a day of skiing. Everything was more than we expected.

Property was clean and reasonably well equipped. Location was in beautiful area, but wish it was closer to bus stop for skiing (not really clear from listing). Garage was nice feature since we had to rent a car.

This condo is clean, nicely decorated, well stocked, and very comfortable. The living room is cozy with the fireplace, and all the beds are comfy. A great size for our family of five. Also enjoyed having so many bathrooms! Lots of privacy and beautiful views with the golf course outside.

Perfect location close to the MARC and the bus stop. Lovely place with 3.5 bathrooms!! For a 3 bedroom condo, that is a great deal. Clean. Comfy beds. Gas oven and stove. All needed appliances and an easy kitchen to work in. Lots of space at the kitchen table. We are going to book for next year ASAP.

Bright place near ski slopes. Clean plenty of room. Has a garage. We were instructed to place our trash in dumpster near house but we noticed there was a lot of trash in cans of shared garage that was starting to smell, unfortunately we forgot to notify the manager and we were not sure if trash was leftover from the house we stayed in or next door. We had no complaints enjoyed our stay. Nice view of pond out back. Great community. Walking distance and/or short bus ride to all park city has to offer !

This is a nice property. The one thing that needs to be fixed is there are no blinds in the master bedroom. The entire wall is windows and there were no blinds. The neighbors across the golf course shouldn't have a direct view into the bedroom.

Beautiful place, very bright, well furnished, and located just 10 minutes from Deer Valley and Park City resorts. Kitchen is a very nice size, and well stocked with cookware. Photos actually make the place look smaller than it is. No curtains on the master, but it has a great view, and we felt no issues with privacy. We would definitely stay here again.
Our biggest and only issue was with Vacasa management, who has been the worst group we’ve dealt with, by far, in 16 years of renting vacation homes around the world. Very basic safety issues were not fixed without a LOT of prodding. Every encounter felt like we were dealing with the phone company—no customer communication, at least a day to respond to any email, a seemingly willful inability to understand us on the phone, responses that had very little to do with our questions, and an aversion to putting anything in writing.
We arrived to find the porch light burnt out which then took 5 days to get fixed, it took days to get a dangerous ice dam in front of the garage broken up (after they told us to do it ourselves and we had to point out that there was no shovel or pick ax), many pieces of furniture had severely wobbly legs, there was no info on how to use the electric-starter fireplace or where to put garbage. Also, there was no usual welcome book with local info, house details or even check out instructions.
There are groups like Grand Welcome who also provide management service for individually owned vacation places, who are super responsive. We’ve never had an experience like this. The problem here is not the business model, it’s the management. I hope that Vacasa is doing a great job for the owner, because they are terrible for renters.

We would have stayed longer! The home was well cared for and very spacious. Cozy and inviting. Many wonderful things to say about the house: location, space, cleanliness, amenities (abundance of towels etc) and personal touches (new dish sponge and laundry detergent provided just to name a few).
Some feedback:
I wasn't able to get any responses from manager through VRBO messaging, but a simple phone call later and they had all my questions answered. I noticed only after booking, that the main bedroom didn't have any window coverings blinds or curtains, but Vacasa was helpful and accommodating. They merged the two twin beds on the 3rd floor together for us. In the end it wasn't an issue however, the main bedroom did feel cold and drafty in the winter. The duvets were warm though!

Fantastic Stay in Park City
This was such a relaxing place to spend a few weeks during the Fall in Park City. Amazing view of the golf course with the constant relaxing sound of ducks, geese, and magpies. Kitchen was impressively well-stocked with cookware and spices. Very serene and relaxing neighborhood with plenty of privacy and quietness.
