**Upgraded internet package (400mbps) - Great for families looking for a place to do virtual schooling and/or parents who are working from home!!** Beachfront 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with elevator & ocean views on each level! Welcome to the Lucky Leaf, a little piece of heaven – where you can unwind, unplug, de-stress, and relax, all to the sounds of the ocean!!! Our home is located on Topsail Island, off of U.S. Highway 17 between Jacksonville and Wilmington, N.C. Everyone should have the opportunity to create fun and relaxing family memories! Our house sits directly on the impeccably beautiful, sandy beaches of Topsail Island in North Carolina, one of the most pristine, uncrowded beaches on the east coast with views up and down the 20 mile long island. The house has 3 levels and includes an ELEVATOR, so no worries about stairs when hauling luggage or groceries. Top Level: The main level consists of the kitchen, dining and family room, a powder bathroom and the King Master en-suite. You can enjoy views of the beach/ocean from all top level rooms! The King Master tiled bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower AND separate shower/Jacuzzi tub combo. The kitchen has TWO dishwashers, a Jenn Air electric cooktop and all the utensils and pots and pans you'll need to cook some great meals! The Family/Great room has a large dining table; new VERY comfortable; VERY cozy LOVESAC couches and club chair, and a new window seat to enjoy a book or a snooze! Middle Level: The middle floor has a central laundry area, 3 bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms; and large covered deck. Beach/deck access from 2 of the bedrooms. The King bedroom has a large walk-in closet and beautiful views and deck/private beach access. The Queen bedroom has a large closet and views mostly of the sound and a bit of the ocean. These two (king and queen) bedrooms share a large tiled bathroom with a Jacuzzi shower tub combo. The 3rd bedroom on this floor is large and perfect for the kids. It has 2 sets of bunk beds, (twin over full). The room also has a large walk-in closet and a very large tiled bathroom with a newly- tiled walk in shower (recently updated) and separate Jacuzzi tub, beautiful beach views and access. Bottom Level: This level serves as a mudroom for sandy feet and carport/storage area for beach toys. Covered parking for two, and additional parking for 6 more. There are 2 decks available to relax on. The top level deck has 2 wood Adirondack chairs, a high top table and 4 chairs, and 4 lounge chairs. The mid - level deck has many plastic Adirondack chairs and a HAMMOCK. Amenities: ELEVATOR, 2 dishwashers, private beach access, 2 outdoor showers with hot & cold water, two ocean front decks with furniture, sheets and towels included at no charge, Jacuzzi style bathtubs, wireless internet, cable TV, grill, 5 flat screen HD TVs, washer/dryer, etc. For baby needs, there is a pack ‘n' play, and highchair.

This is a an absolutely wonderful beach house that is well taken care of. The location is amazing because it’s in a section of N. Topsail where there is no public beach access—which meant the beach was less crowded—but it’s close enough to Surf City that you can easily get to restaurants and stores without driving far at all. We’ve visited N. Topsail and Surf City many times, and everyone in our group agreed that this was our favorite place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home that had everything we needed! My parents are elderly and the elevator was so helpful! Having the beach directly in the back yard made everything so much easier, especially since we were having family beach pictures taken.
It was lovely to fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. Well-stocked kitchen! We ate at the home each night around the large table that was big enough for our group of 9. This is something my husband appreciated: even with multiple people showering at the same time, there was no loss of water pressure and plenty of hot water! Would love to stay here again.

The property and location were great. Easy to get to, easy 20 yard walk to the beach. The house was clean and up to date. The outdoor showers helped with clean off from sand and salt. We would love to come back.

House was exactly as advertised, very nice and clean. Beach was perfect not crowded and weather was awesome. North Topsail is a special place quiet and no crowds we love it. Communication with owner was on point.

From our first contact about the property to leaving on our last day, the property owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond. The house was clean and fulfilled everything our family needed. We stayed here 12 years ago and the house is even better now. We hope to return soon!

Enjoyed a great week at topsail while staying at this property. Well stocked house with a great location. Elevator was nice for bringing up supplies/luggage to the 3rd floor.

House was exactly as advertised, very nice and clean. Beach was perfect not crowded and weather was awesome. North Topsail is a special place quiet and no crowds we love it. Communication with owner was on point.

Our 2 weeks stay at Lucky Leaf was wonderful, relaxing, and so much fun. My family and I were there which included two young couples, one with 2 children (8 and 18 months) and another young married couple and 4 older adults ranging from 48 to 75. The home was spacious and equipped for children as well as adults. High chair, pack and play, and plastic dishes were unexpected delights!!! The kitchen was well equipped with nice appliances such as toaster, keurig, utensils including a very nice knife set that worked great for our meal prepping needs. The outdoor grill was very nice and cooked varied seafood wonderfully. If your group is large, the dining table comfortably seats 9-10 people. This trip was the first time that we have been able to all sit at the table and enjoy our meal as a family.
The beach was great, and like the house was spacious. The homes around this home are single dwells so the beach was not overcrowded at any time during our stay. The beach area was larger than any other home that we have stayed in previously and this is our tenth year coming to Topsail Beach. There was great storage space for our chairs, etc that was out of the weather and safe.
We loved staying in this home so much that we have already booked it again for next summer.

The house was everything pictured and so much more. Perfect lay out. Perfect location. The host was super easy to communicate with. Overall, one of the best vacation homes I have ever rented.

2 weeks at LUCKY LEAF
Our 2 weeks stay at Lucky Leaf was wonderful, relaxing, and so much fun. Exceptional experience at Lucky Leaf. The pictures of this home do not do it justice We found this home to be so much more than pictured. Couches, beds and seating were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked all appliances work well The views from either deck were beautiful and times breathtaking. We could not have been closer to the beach unless we were on the dunes. Communication with the owner is wonderful, any questions we had were answered quickly. Do not miss your chance to rent this beautiful beach home.

This home is gorgeously appointed, exceptionally equipped and accessible for our multi-generational family, and the property amenities were perfect for the current COVID19 climate. The hosts responded quickly to the few issues we encountered and addressed them immediately. We look forward to renting this property again.

Our family had a wonderful week-long vacation here on a gorgeous stretch of beach! The house was immaculate, the elevator made unpacking/packing a breeze, and communication with the owner made the whole process seamless. Highly recommended!

The outdoor shower was perfect and was used more than any other shower on the property. The main living space is open and has wonderful views of the beach. The upper deck was perfect for catching spectacular sunrises as well as nightly cocktails. The house location is on a strip of the island that has only a few rows of houses so the beaches were empty. We happened to be there during a hurricane and the owners were great at communicating with us everything we needed to know to keep our family safe and informed. Definitely a great choice for a nice stay on Topsail.

What a great long weekend with friends and family! The weather definitely wasn’t ideal, but that didn’t even matter. The views of the ocean coupled with how comfortable and clean this home was were all we needed. The bunk room on the middle level was ideal for all of the kids. Note there are two trundles that pull out from under the full size bunks providing two extra twin sized beds in that room. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The bathrooms were all huge and very clean. The elevator was very handy for unloading and loading all of our belongings...definitely a bonus for anyone who may have trouble with stairs too. The sun deck had ample amount of seating and so did the middle deck. The outdoor shower was ideal for not tracking beach sand into the house. We thought we were going to miss not having a pool, but being steps away from the sand and ocean were better than having a pool. Groceries stores are very close by (3 miles) and though we only went to one restaurant during our stay, there appeared to be several close by options. The kids of course loved pelican snoballs, wings and the giant candy store that were a very short drive away. Just enough in the area to keep us entertained in the rain without it feeling overcrowded or overdeveloped. Last but not least, the owners were absolutely wonderful...very helpful and quick communication even from the time before we booked. We all are definitely looking forward to returning soon with hopefully more sun!!

A unique time to vacation.
What a wonderful home to rent. The location was ideal. The beach wasn’t crowded at all. The home was beautiful. Just as pictured. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and all our baking needs too. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable! The bunk room was ideal for the little ones. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Melissa was on top of everything. Quick with responses to questions. We are planning next year’s vacation at Lucky Leaf!!!

I would definitly recommend this house! It is exactly how it looks in the pictures and the ocean view is amazing! Also the owners are fabulous! We had a problem with the air conditioning and they had it fixed in no time. They were so nice and kept in touch throughout the process. I felt like I was staying at a friend's house!

Great home for a beach vacation!
Our family stayed in Lucky Leaf again this July. As before, the home was spotlessly clean, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking our meals, and the beach was clean! The elevator was especially appreciated when time came to move luggage and groceries to the 3rd floor. When we got the inevitable evening thunderstorms, we did jigsaw puzzles, played card and board games, and summer reading. We will definitely return!

2018 N Topsail family vacation
We rented the house and our expectations were far exceeded!! They had a tub of sand/beach toys for the kids, a beach umbrella, and fishing poles. The kitchen even had sharp knives (not common in rentals). They had IKEA kids serving dishes and silverware, how great was this! We unfortunately had a lot of rain but we were able to rent some Redbox movies, we played family game, & did a puzzle. We couldn't get over how close we were to the beach and enjoyed our naps on the hammock. We also ate breakfast on the upper deck most mornings (that weren’t raining). Having so many nicely furnished bedrooms made the stay very comfortable. One last thing was the elevator made luggage and groceries a million times easier for us to transport too. The only thing we felt was missing was a vacuum. We would have liked to sweep the floor w/ more than a broom. Otherwise we’d definitely rent here again!

North Topsail is a beautiful beach. Not crowded when we were there. Everything we needed was close.
The Lucky Leaf was perfect. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Kitchen very well stocked and large DR table. Decks comfortable and steps from the beach.Hope we will be back.
