About this condo rental
Situated in Sugar Mountain, this lovely condo for R 4,823 per night is a great option for your next break. Come enjoy this 4 bedroom 4 bath condo. It is across the road from the ski slopes. You are also walking distance to ice skating and tubing. In the master bedroom there is a king sized bed. In the guest bedrooms you have a queen in one, and two twins in the other two. This condo will sleep 10. There is a wood burning fireplace to enjoy on the cool winter nights. It also has Wi-Fi. Walk out on the balcony and you can over look the beautiful golf course of Sugar Mountain. NO SMOKING permitted.Absolutely NO Pets from December through March. Pet-friendly may be available seasonally. There are pet size/breed and number restrictions please confirm with us before booking. Please acknowledge that there is a $100 pet fee(per pet). No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.

We had 2 families with 3 teenage boys. Boys were able to walk to slopes easily while the adults enjoyed the surrounding area. Nice layout of bedrooms and bathrooms. A little dated, but clean. Overall we had a great stay.

It was a great location for walking to tubing and skiing each day. It is out-dated and the beds need new mattresses, but that was expected from the pictures and other reviews. We chose the place for location and convenience, not luxury.

Our family of 9 loved this property. It was walking distance to ski lodge and you can see the snow tubers from your balcony. The condo was great with plenty of room. The kitchen needs some new pots and pans as some were rusty but I brought my own and was glad I did. The king size bed is a little lumpy. My side of the bed was fine but my husband kept falling in a hole. Lol.... I would definitely stay here again. We had a great New Years celebration with our family!

We loved the location, it made it easy to take breaks after being on the slopes all day. The layout was great for big families or 4 couples.There are some needed updates with the decor and maintenance of the condo. The older appliances were showing their age and the water heater was leaking while we were there. But for the price of our stay we didn't mind it to much.

We have stayed at 2 other Snowlake properties with this one being the best (except a few things). It's a quick walk to the slopes. Walking uphill is a little tough but it comes with the territory. No need for bus pickup. Condo could use some new skillets but we made do with what we had. Also blender was missing several parts. The dryer is old and it was basically constantly running while we were there because of how long it took to dry our clothes. It worked though. Overall we were pleased with our accommodations as we are there to have fun, enjoy family and friends, and deal with what we are given.

Sugar Mountain Townhouse
Very convenient townhouse for ski trip getaway. The multiple levels offer privacy and room to space out. A beautiful view of a lake from the back porch and a nice short walk to the slopes. A perfect condo for your Sugar Mountain ski trip..

Everything over all was very good. We had to wait until 4:30 to get into the condo and had to screaming babies in the car. If you say check in is at 4 it needs to be ready at 4.. other than that the place was great. Thanks

This Condo is in an amazing location. Walking distance to everything. Great layout with 2 bedrooms upstairs with own bathrooms. Great Location, Plenty of Room
We really enjoyed being so close to Sugar Mountain Resort for skiing. We had plenty of room for our group of 10. With a large group, it was great to have 4 bathrooms. Thanks for allowing us to stay!

The house is in good condition and 5 minutes walking from the ski resort which is super convenient. 4bd and 4br well equipped. Although the beds and the furnitures could be updated, it is ok. The central heater worked perfectly however the wood fire was not working.

TV in one br STILL NOT WORKING,we had to trim shrubs to get clothes inside front door,dim lighting in kitchen,no potty on main floor--must climb stairs to use potty, no lighting in any closets, no ceiling lighting, mattresses weak.roof leak for over one month.
