De 10!!

Maravillosa atención por parte de los empleados, especial referencia a Ramón. Las instalaciones en sí, impresionantes. Las vistas desde la habitación, espectaculares. Definitivamente todo un lujo.

No hubo nada. Todo fue perfecto.

Seconda volta al Royal Palm e confermo la positività dell’esperienza. Stanza molto grande pulita comoda con terrazzo vista mare, silenzio assoluto, letto e cuscini comodi. Anche la colazione e la cena a buffet posso dire essere migliorati in qualità e cortesia del personale. Zona piscine con bar non molto utilizzata da me per la preferenza del mare raggiungibile direttamente con una semplice discesa su un tratto di costa con sabbia e rocce fantastica!

Nulla, posso solo consigliare di rivedere l’intrattenimento serale un po’ “retro’”

Super 👌 highly recommended. I would definitely come back.

The resort is outstanding. The room was amazing, very large, and comfortable with great views to an exotic garden. Breakfast and dinner were varied and high quality. Pools area clean and just a few steps down to the ocean. I would qualify this stay as 5* . Thank you for a perfect week ❤️

If it is something I would recommend , it is an update to the gym area, but that didn't affect my stay.

Uma ótima opção no sul de Fuerteventura

O staff é simpático e tem boa formação. O hotel está bem mantido e limpo. A comida é muito saborosa e diversificada. Parabéns pelo processo de debito ao quarto, um dos raros hotéis onde vi esse processo funcionar com consistência em todos os outlets. A ideia dos sons de aves na piscina para afastar as gaivotas é fantástica!

Alguns pormenores que não ficam bem. Agua pequena 3,9€, troca de toalha de praia 1,5€, cabidos anti-roubo... Podia ter mais decoração, mais orgânico, natural, o hotel tem muito betão.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Große Anlage, mehrere Pools und direkter Zugang zum Strand.

Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein.

Perfect first couples holiday to Feuterventura

All of the staff were very attentive, friendly and would go above and beyond to make sure our holiday was perfect, Adil the bar tender of the top pool was amazing so friendly and made our time extra special! Our room was comfortable, spacious, modern with a large balcony & was cleaned daily!

The hotel is slightly too far away from local restaurants/bars- only a 35/40 minute walk once you've walked down the gravel track.

Overall a good place but the internal layout of terraces and access to restaurants like a maze.

Breakfast choices good. The food was freshly prepared.

Poor quality coffee. It wasn’t possible to get an espresso with good Spanish coffee. The one place we found that had a machine flamed it was strong Italian coffee but really it was very weak and insipid.

Beautiful hotel with many problems

The staff is very polite. We were offered a glass of champagne during check-in. The room was big with a beautiful view of the sea. Direct access to the beach. The breakfast was OK.

The hotel is like a maze. You need to change 3-4 different elevators (or go up and down endless stairs) just to get to your room. There is no room service in a 4* star hotel. Really? The quality of food for dinner was bad most of the time. Rubbery beef steaks, fried fish that was still frozen in the middle when I bit into it. I wish I hadn't booked HB. The price of drinks is higher that in some nearby 5* star hotels. We had to go to the city and buy soft drinks and alcohol, otherwise the bill would be triple. Free water bottle only available on check-in. After you can only buy it for 1.50€ at the Reception. Both the price and the need for the guest to pay is hilarious, considering the guest already pays 200+ euros per night.

Surprisingly good value

Location (walking distance to very beautiful beches, 20 min drive to Playa de Sotovento), proximity to the beach (path from hotel to the beach), very quiet (suitable for a relaxing holiday), wide range of choices for breakfast (coffee especially was tasty) and pool facilities were great - overall very nice resort

Really great property to stay in all the comforts one needs.

Our room was really large and clean next to the pool and short walk to the beach. very private and relaxing. no stress.

a lot of steps but is built on side of an cliff. the shower could have been better but this is only an small grip.

Great hotel with quality service

Very friendly personal at the reception and in the restaurant. Lovely view from the hotel and the hotel is located at the sandy beach (private). Half board definitely worth it, outstanding quality food and choice. Some evenings themed nights with champagne. It is possible to order transfer to and from the airport (11.50 EUR/head in Jan 2023) through the hotel. Every night there is live music/singer in one of the bars. There are 3 external pools, 1 internal pool and 1 Jacuzzi.

The pools could be warmer (specially in January). Sauna is charged extra (20eur/head).

Awesome resort

Absolutely perfect hotel! Everything was great - the room, service, food and location. It is very clean as well. Pools are beautiful and clean. Thank you a lot and see you soon again!

Would be great to have an option of upgrading to half board any time during the stay and if you could include a tiny toothpaste within your vanity kit. Also, Booking says you have antialergic cusions, but unfortunatelly there was none at the hotel.
