Although it says pet friendly it is not. It is selective. I came with my service cat and they said no cats allowed. I explained it is a service cat. “Albert” the non- owner so he said, told me he must charge me extra. I explained how din e it is a service animal, I was pretty sure that was illegal. He grumbled something about “Don’t tell me about bylaws!”. I was exhausted and did not want to argue so was forced to pay the extra charge. Upon arriving in room found ants, even on bed, thought bed bugs, found black spots on my sheets. I asked for different room but they were unable to accommodate due to my “pet”. “Anita” the wife of the “non-owner was very sweet, but again, due to my “pet” was unable to help as only in room for “ pet” she did explain that the black spots were due to tar workers.
overall very ignorant to disabilities, especially invisible disabilities, you would think more accommodation in this day and age, but the ignorance is astounding.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Parking was good and it was near my event. There was a Tim Hortons in driving distance.
Warmer bedding was needed. The renovations in my room were incomplete. The shower/ bath needed repair. Since there was no breakfast, coffee/tea in my room would have been nice.

Sink was not secure to the wall and the tap to the bathtub was ready to fall off.

The rooms are beautiful and clean! The beds are really comfortable and big. Loved they provided a mini fridge and microwave.
They do not provide hairdryers.

Location, close to our job site. Friendly staff. On mybookings.com I could get this room for $99 +taxes, I was happy.
Price change almost doubled from Friday to Saturday night, plus the cost of pets (even though my bookings.com stated $99; now I'm not so happy anymore). There were ants on floor and on air conditioner, they sprayed ant killer on floor but I had to ask about caution for pets; they lightly mopped the floor at my request..great people, facilities are not up to par. Really not happy, but town is Wonderful!!

Location, value, Comfy beds.
About what I expected. Didn't see any staff. Called when got there told in door of my room, which is fine. Only thing need to improve on is clean the room. Sheets had bunch of stains that looked kinda fresh. Can tell nothing was wiped down. Soap scum, hair in bathroom. Nightstand had food crumbs or somthing on it.

The owner was not present when we checked in and there was no one at the property to physically assist. They contacted us through the telephone only. When it was time to pay, I was told to go to another motel to pay and I had to strongly insist to be given a receipt for my cash payment. The owner was rude and the whole situation was most irregular. I would not stay there again.

The property seem to be work-in-progress. The Inn seem to be undergoing renovations (our room had newer furniture and smelled of fresh paint).
Overall it seems to be a lot of unfinished areas - the yard is not maintained, the reception seems to be from an older building. There is a new outdoor pool, but the space is not otherwise maintained- there are a couple of fire pit, one of the has indoor armchairs in a really bad shape around the pit.
The Inn description describe the place as per friendly, but when we got the booking confirmation, we were told that pets are not allowed. Our dog was eventually accepted for am extra fee and intervention from Booking.com customer service.

It's October 1, we Booked a room the same day in the late afternoon and on the way to the motel from a 5hr motorcycle ride, we found the price to be exorbitant. 160 plus tax The pictures online are not the current state of the motel. Several bathtubs on the front lawn, piles of debris throughout the property. Our initial arrival to see this exterior condition was quite questionable. Upon entering our room, you instantly realize they are trying to do a remodel, this hightened the already disappointing dishout of a high room rate being charged. We talked to fellow riders a few rooms down and same sentiment. They paid 125$ plus tax ...We have taken pictures to regard these associating claims. Just want pekole to know some unsafe conditions...We are happy to move on from this one night stay. Maybe when they are finished, the cost will match the accommodations.
