The ideal PEI getaway for large families or groups, just 15 minutes from Charlottetown, 10 minutes from the best red sand beaches on the Island, and 25 minutes to Cavendish and the North Shore's white sand beaches. Our updated, historic farmhouse includes tonnes of living space, a large deck for dining and enjoying the panoramic river views, and a 2+ acre yard with a play set, lawn games, and a fire pit.

This beautiful was set in the quiet countryside but minutes from town to get what we needed. It was nice to be away from the main tourist areas. We loved that at the end of the road their was a private beach to explore with our family.
The owners were great to get ahold of and had everything we could possibly need.
If we can e er make it back to the island we will definitely stay again!

Very large kitchen and dining room perfect for a group of 10 adults.
2 full bathrooms with showers.
Air conditionning efficient for keeping the house comfortable.
Nice fireplace.
Easy communication with the owner.
20 min from downtown Charlottetown.

The kitchen was well stocked with all the little things one often needs to go and buy - like herbs, spices, flour for pancakes, baking sheets, and so on.
We also needed a tool to repair a bike and the owners were very responsive..

We loved the property. It worked very well for our get a way in PE. Lots of room for our large group. The host were excellent to deal with.

Family Vacation in PEI
This was a family holiday.
The house met our expectations.
Lovely, lots of bedrooms for everyone.
Lovely view of the countryside.
Large lawn for the kids to play with fire pit.
The kitchen had coffee available for first morning and were able to use spices in cupboard.
A little gift of PEI preserves was a real treat.
It felt like home away from home.

Taking Dad home.
The just aren’t enough good things to say about the hosts and their beautiful property. We came from BC and AB to bring my Fathers ashes home for burial. Steve and Kady should have SUPER SUPER HOST status. I needed and iron that was suppose to be there, we couldn’t find it so I messaged them. Literally with an hour they had a brand new iron delivered to the property!! Amazing people.

Large and lovely
This house was in a beautiful spot- the hosts were so willing to help with any little issue that cropped up. We loved the cinnamon buns and coffee Kady left for us.

After our original house was unavailable due to damage from Hurricane Dorian, we had to scramble to find a 4 bedroom house for 8 people. Steve and Candy worked hard to fit us in after their house got their power back. A wonderful house and location!

Total idyll
My extended family stayed a week here and the house was clean, comfortable, and built for making memories. The kids loved the big yard, thoughtful toys, and super-fun tire swing. The owners were kind and accommodating. The location was a great jumping-off point for seeing the entire island. It was the perfect space for our group of 10.

Family Vacation
We stayed at this property recently for our family Vacation. In all there were 12 people, 6 adults and 6 children. Everyone loved it.! The house is big and very clean, family friendly, and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The property is in a rural setting so the kids could go and play outside and we didn't need to worry about them at all. Kady and Steve were extremely easy to get a hold of and answered any questions we had almost immediately.

Perfect
In town for a hockey showcase with 3 families. Big house, close to town and very private. Beautiful water views. We really enjoyed our stay here and Kady was super responsive. Highly recommend. We will be back
