This hotel is exactly what you're paying for. My wife and I stayed here for one night as a place to lay our heads before driving further on our adventure. The hotel is not in the best of neighborhoods, and the hotel does have limited gated parking. The staff was friendly, and there wasn't any issues during our stay.

Was not there for breakfast as flew out early staff were very accommodating pleasant and very helpful. Room was very tidy and the amenities were more than satisfactory. Clean room and bed was comfortable

It matched our budget. It was scrupulously clean. Colleen made us very welcome and was a generous host.

No food available, No bar. a tad spooky for me I chose to leave a day early, my view was a roof and vent system, the accommodation was not what I envisaged- I will not recommend this place to anyone. Friendly staff is the only positive thing I have to say. No wifi available.

A great accommodation option for the price - central location and welcoming service. Rooms were clean and functional and local in the downstairs bar were a hoot!

The room was warm and comfortable. Breakfast nook had everything I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Not sure if it's something that can be fixed but the shower took a while to get heat.

The bed was comfortable and facilities clean.
Expect to have noise if staying in the weekend. There was a 21st below us. Music had stopped by 12pm. My daughter is a light sleeper and people walking down the hallway interrupted her sleep (creaky floor boards)

The fact that they accepted our booking at such a late hour. That we were given the room with the ensuite so my two little girls didn't need to use the shared facilities.
There was quite a few flies in our room. This was the only not so nice thing in our room.

Good comfy bed and it was very clean also the staff were pleasant and helpful.
Didn't really like the location. The unit was very small and the toilet/bathroom facilities were basically one with the kitchen. A big flight of stairs to get to our unit.

I left early on Monday morning to arrive at Massey university. As I was walking down the steps, I encountered a mice at the bottom of the stairs. I tried to scare it off but it wasn't in the least bit scared of me. I of course had to jump over it to escape and to get out of the hotel. I took a picture. That of course made all my good feelings I was feeling for the place disappear.
