With 6,200 square feet, Falcon’s landing can accommodate up to 45 people in comfort. For group members that prefer a little extra privacy, two bedrooms are located in a detached building with an additional living room. Extras for this property include natural wood and stone accents, a large deck, private lawn, game room with foosball, Doubleshot, and billiards, and access to the Reserve’s clubhouse, swimming pool, hot tub, playground, sports courts, and expansive private beach. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The house is awesome but my only complaint was we did not have access to the extra bedrooms above the garage until day 2 of our trip. Once we finally got the access code after a day of texting the help line, I have no complaints! I recommend the house for any family gathering!!

The positives: Great view. Nice floorpan. Good location. Nice amenities. Master Bed was good.
The negatives: A/C and heating broke on second day and were never fixed. Overall bed situation was very sad. Several of our guests complained about the beds. One couple left 2 days early because they were very uncomfortable and said they couldn't take it anymore. Hot water runs out on showers in the morning. I would expect better for this price.

We are from a hot part of the country, and going to Bear Lake has become a tradition to escape the heat for a short time. The location of the house and the amenities are wonderful. We had a great time and would recommend again!

First we had to wait at entry gate as no one sent gate code. It was after 5pm when I called and spoke to someone who gave me code. I called earlier, around noon and was told it would be coming-he sounded as tho he neither knew or cared.
TV receivers didn’t work, remotes weren’t working. Only two pool cues were functional but no chalk.
Torn sofa pillows and basement recliners weren’t working.
Overall experience wasn’t bad but expected everything to be in top condition considering what we paid for the week’s stay.

This is the second time we have stayed at Falcons Landing. We absolutely love this place.. it fits our large family perfect. It has everything you could need. It is clean and well appointed. The private beach is the icing on the cake.

This home was perfect for a retreat for 40 women. Plenty of space, very clean, toiletries were a nice addition, huge windows that allow for the most beautiful views of Bear Lake and the fire pit was fabulous. Plenty of parking.

The views were fantastic and the private beach meant we didn't have to go battle for space at one of the public beaches. Only one key fob for getting into the beach or clubhouse was a bit of a pain with so many vehicles coming and going, but we made it work.
The only significant issues we had with the house were the couches and the internet connection. Wifi speeds were pretty bad and completely unavailable some of the time. We reset the router and it helped a bit. The couches look nice but definitely need to be updated. Most of the reclining sofas in the basement sectional no longer recline and the sofas on the main floor have broken parts that make sitting there less comfortable.
Overall we loved the property and would definitely recommend to others.

Wonderful Retreat for women
This home was perfect for a retreat for 40 women. Plenty of space, very clean, toiletries were a nice addition, huge windows that allow for the most beautiful views of Bear Lake and the fire pit was fabulous. Plenty of parking.

Spent 3 days here with a work team of 8, and we were able to maintain distancing while in the downstairs rec room and really enjoy one another's company for the first time this year. Wonderful location with amazing views!

We love the large common areas and the large kitchen. We accommodated 44 easily.

Needs updating
Overall, beautiful property. But the appliances need to be replaced. The main fridge did not keep our food cold, and we had to keep moving things around. The AC worked downstairs in basement but nowhere else. The private beach was a muddy mess, and the landscapers weed eater ruined our volleyball net. He didn’t even ask us to move it.

The views were breath taking and it was a very comfortable set up. Lots of space. We really liked the pool. The TVs were nice and we liked how there was large common spaces for us to gather as a group.

GREAT PLACE but WRONG DESCRIPTION
does not sleep 45 people, and there are only 3.5 bathrooms. not 4.5!! but the place overall was a great place!!!!!

Thanksgiving 2019
This was our second stay at this beautiful, clean and well appointed home. My wife and I, and our grown children (and our first grandchild) had a wonderful week together. Bear Lake is one of our favorite places for get togethers - we love this home so much that we are already talking about an upcoming summer visit !

Beautiful home, plenty of space for all 35 of us, gorgeous view, and the swimming pool and tennis/pickleball courts were an added fun bonus. Will definitely stay here again.

Company Retreat
We rented two houses for our company retreat, and it was so nice to have so much open space to meet, eat, and play. Nice little strip of grass outside made a perfect set up for spike ball, cornhole, and frisbee can jam. My favorite part was not having to wash all of the sheets, towels, or clean the house spotless afterwards-nice relief to pick up after ourselves, take out garbages, and then let the house cleaners do the detailed cleaning! Beautiful house, best view, and nice location!

Ideal location for a multi-generational family reunion
I've got a picky family, so planning a reunion for 37 different people ranging in age from 6 months to 72 years old is a recipe for disaster. Past locations have inevitably been too small, too loud, too far from activities, or something else.
Falcon's Landing was definitely different. Well laid out, with quiet rooms away from the action and other gathering areas that worked great for everyone. In fact, after 4 days together, all my family could say was how beautiful the property was, how easy it was to get to the pool, how comfortable the beds were, how painless check-in and check-out were, and on and on. Coming from my family, that's high compliment!
Not that everything was perfect. The wi-fi was a bit spotty (although understandable considering all the teens accessing the internet). We also ran into AC problems on a particularly hot day that just so happened to be July 4th as well. Despite it being a holiday, the folks at Bear Lake Cabin Rentals answered the phone immediately and sent out someone to review the situation. They came within 15 minutes, and even brought bags of ice in case we needed cooling down.
Great response and a great property.
