everything, I am afraid my last revue was miss direccted as I was ill, that bad revue was in fact directed to Home Sweet Home in Cuernavaca so please rectify my mistake so sorry for the inconveniance

Everything in general was fine
Booking.com cancelled my reservation that I got some months ago with a fair rate, two days before arrival day, need more personal assistance by booking.com for this situation, if they have my phone number it was easy to call me and let me know so we can work it out BEFORE cancelling my reservation, I needed to book again and got two days less and more expensive rate, it was unacceptable by booking.com!
