You will be a short walk away from many great restaurants, including Impudent Oyster, Chatham Squire, Bluefins Sushi & Sake Bar, and Wild Goose Tavern, as well as a variety of local shops, galleries, a movie theater, and plenty of other entertainment options. In addition to offering a central Main Street location, our condo is just a short drive from a number of desirable Chatham beaches; Lighthouse Beach and Oyster Pond Beach are each just a three minute drive away! Enter our thoughtfully-decorated second story condo to find a welcoming bright, open, and clean kitchen and living area with modern decor. Some features include new appliances, island seating, a large flat screen TV with sectional couch seating, central A/C, a washer/dryer, deck with gas grill, and two bedrooms on opposite sides of the condo, providing a level of privacy for each guest. We travel all over the place and have stayed in Chatham many times. This properties location is fabulous! If you wanted you could leave your car parked for the weekend! Just step out onto Main Street and enjoy shopping, dining a walk to Lighthouse Beach! Adorable property! We will definitely stay again!

Great location - highly walkable to shops, restaurants and venues. Clean, comfy, convenient, modern, quiet - with all the Cape Cod charm. We easily attended all scheduled wedding events, plus saw other family & friends while on the Cape. Plenty of things to do and places to meet. Thanks for sharing this charming apartment with us.

We loved the property and the location of the condo. Everything is within close walking distance! Neighbors very quite.
What was lacking was all the extras that you come to expect with a VRBO. There was no coffee, no shampoo/conditioner and no detergent. Be prepared if you rent this place.

Walkable to many shops and restaurants as well as to the beach. Having your own private parking is wonderful. Accommodations were clean and ready when we arrived.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great. The location on Main St allowed us to easily walk to shops, restaurants and cafes. With it being our first time in Cape Cod, we appreciated not needing to drive everywhere. We were also surprised at how quiet it was inside the condo. We never heard any noise from, the shop below, traffic, or pedestrians. It was equipped with everything thing we needed.
The only thing I would note is that we tried to use Instacart for delivery and there were places that said they delivered, but never did. Once we were there I figured out the places I ordered from where likely too far away. I had to cancel my orders. This is nothing against the property, but something I thought future renters may want to be aware of. Delivery availability in Instacart was not reliable. We found it easy to simply grocery shop for the few food items we needed.

This condo was perfect. Updated beach-themed spot right in the middle of downtown Chatham. It is a small space, but they make good use of it with two bedrooms and a huge three-sided couch.

Absolutely loved the location!!! Walked to everything. Above a retail store called “If the shoe fits” very quiet wouldn’t know they were below us, and it was busy.
Very clean and well stocked. If your going to do any cooking you will need your own spices like salt and pepper.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked nicely for preparing meals in. The only thing we would add would be a black out curtain or blinds on the door in the master bedroom that had sun shining in very early in the morning.

Great property. Excellent condition and well decorated. Superb location in the center of Chatham. The team at Del Mar Vacations (especially Luke and Ryan) communicated well to ensure everything was going well. Really appreciated that support ! Would highly recommend this property !

My husband and I had not been on the Cape for 17 years. The Del-Mar rental on Main Street in downtown Chatham was lovely. The unit was comfortable, convenient to everything and extremely clean.

This condo in downtown Chatham worked out great. It was close to town and the wedding we attended at Chatham Bars Inn. Had everything we needed to prepare for wedding and travel back home. Enjoyed the nearby shops and coffee cafe.

The property is lovely and very centrally located.
We were happy with our stay, but were a little disappointed in the check in process. We were told that if the property was ready early, we would be notified. We were close by at 2:45 and we looked in to see if the property had been cleaned and it was clean and the code worked. When we were checking out- the cleaning staff showed up at 9:58 a.m. while we were packing the car. It would have been great if we could have moved in earlier in the day.

Stayed here first week of September for appx 8 days. I was able to bring my sweet little dog which was the best feature of this property for me. Would stay here again

Great location
In the middle of everything, and with parking! Very clean, comfortable condo. On the small side but had everything we needed. Gets lots of light early in the morning so consider bringing an eye mask if you are a light sleeper.

My husband, 50 lb dog, Bayou, and myself stayed at this Chatham rental for 5 days while we had our floors re-done at home and needed to vacate. What an amazing property to stay at! When we walked in we were blown away by the cleanliness and style. Everything is brand new and so beautiful! It is right in the middle of the town so only steps to shopping and restaurants. We stayed off season so it was very quiet and uncrowded. There were many dog friendly places to shop at and we went hiking with her all over Chatham. Management called us to offer early check in which was so unexpected and appreciated! We stayed in and cooked most nights and really enjoyed the comfy couch and deck. The king sized bed is new but on the firmer side which my husband loved but I had to get used to. A few more things for cooking (another frying pan, cookie sheet, plastic mix bowls) would be great but we managed just fine and honestly, this is just nit picking. This place is larger than it appears in the pictures and the room layout is great with each bedroom at either end for privacy. There is also an outdoor grill available down a second set of stairs in the back! We would love to stay here again! ABSOLUTELY 5 STARS!!

Mini honeymoon
My husband and I just got married 10/2 and stayed from 10/4-10/07. The location and rental are perfect! We were within walking distance to shops restaurants and bars. The only thing negative I could say is that we were woken up wed and Thur at about 8 by the leaf blowers, lawn mowers and weedwackers and fri by the street sweeper at 6:45am. No ones fault but a little later would have been nice.

In-town comfort
Spacious, quiet, comfortable and very well located in downtown Chatham. The entire process was easy and well explained by the rental agent. Linens and towels included. Apartment was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Great apt in Chatham
Cheerful and clean! This is a great home base in the town of Chatham. We walked to the beach, had dinner at Chatham Bars and other great restaurants, did some shopping and explored other parts of the Cape. Great stay and exactly what was advertised!

Lovely central walking distant to EVERYTHING Chatham has to offer. Fun vaca decor comfortable and suprisingly roomy for Family of three adults. Nice to have the option for takeout with a full kitchen and washer and dryer.

Spent a week in the apartment - excellent location, in the town but hidden away so noise was not an issue. Also only 1.5 miles to the beach. The apartment was spotless, perfect for a couple or small family. Any issues were addressed promptly by the agent. Loved the property and will go again.
