Davadi Cottage is a dream country escape, renovated in Swedish country style brimming with character but with modern conveniences the perfect blend for a charming weekend. Three Country size bedroom comfortable fits six people . The living room is cozy with a beautiful fire place and a Large open dining kitchen great for entertaining. The bathroom as a lovely claw foot bath and a large walk-in shower. There is a lovely sun room perfect to curl up and read a book , an enclosed front verandah is a lovely spot for a cuppa in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening . The old charm is there in an abundance with a record player , a well stocked cabinet with games and books. There is even a supply of old movies , perfect place to spend time with friends and family. The location is just 5 mins walk to the main street which is great for going out at night, no need to take the car, but only a short drive to all the wineries.

We really enjoyed our stay, from start to finish. excellent communication everything we needed to know to check in and enjoy our stay. The cottage was very spacious and comfy, lots of extra things to help make it like home. We had a bottle of wine and bottle of sparkling on arrival we loved it Thanks so much we loved our stay❤️

We were entranced the minute we opened the door to our abode the two nights. Presentation was beautiful, and the attention to detail was outstanding. Such a comfortable and homely house with everything we needed. Location is perfect for enjoying everything that Stanthorpe has to offer. Thank you so much 🌸

Spent the weekend here with friends. Had everything we needed and is in a fabulous location. We loved the firepit and made sure to enjoy the beautiful claw foot bathtub. Definitely top of my list for when I come back!

The property was exactly as per photos. We had a very enjoyable girls weekend away. Beautifully styled accommodation. Very comfortable place to sit back and relax. Walk to main street for shops and an IGA just a block away. Lovely fire place inside and fire pit outside. Nice and quiet. Highly recommend.

This property is well located to the central Stanthorpe shopping district. It has been beautifully renovated. We loved the fireplace and the fire pit in the back garden and the record collection provided a fun evening of music and nostalgia.

Fantastic cottage and location. Wonderful hosts who's personality and style made this feel like a special home away from home. So many awesome little touches we didn’t expect such as a record player with vinyl record collection, a great range of books and magazines, dvd collection. If you weren’t planning on exploring what Stanthorpe has to offer you could spend a couple of days just relaxing here no problems.

We loved this amazing property. Gorgeously appointed with thoughtful additions. Beds very comfortable; linen beautiful and fully appointed kitchen. Easy communication and the property was within walking distance of town. Gorgeous fireplace and the most amazing record collection. We will stay again! Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay. The property was immaculate and you can see the time and love that has gone into it. One of my friends left an item behind and the owner notified us right away and arranged to send it. I cannot recommend this place more, it’s absolutely beautiful.

With my wife experiencing some current severe health issues a change of scenery not too far away from home and a chance to get away to relax and unwind was on the agenda and Davadi Cottage gave this to us in spades. It is a most beautifully renovated cottage that is both comfortable and wonderfully decorated with everything in the cottage that anyone would need for their stay as well as being close to shops, cafes and restaurants and a short drive to other attractions and activities in the Stanthorpe area. All in all a really lovely couple of nights in a beautiful cottage.

We had a wonderful stay, the cottage is just so cute. Every where you looked there was something new to see, I couldn’t stop taking photos. Every detail was thought about. We had 5 adults with more than enough room. Everything was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was lovely to sit in front of the fire with a glass of bubbles and a platter of locally sourced produce. Location is perfect - Walking distance to town, IGA, coffee shops etc Owners have thought of everything and we would highly recommend this gorgeous home, we had the best time!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Anneke’s house. Every corner of the house was beautifully styled and we enjoyed spending the night in front of the fire with the old records playing. It was also a perfect location - we loved being able to easily walk to dinner and shops. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Booked as a special stay for my mum's 80th birthday. The house is beautifully decorated, like walking into a Country House magazine. We stayed in winter but the heaters and fireplace took care of us. Loved it!

The property is amazing, the attention to detail in the house is absolutely perfect. It has everything you need and more, kitchen is well equipped, entertainment is covered, with 2 TV's, DVDs/VHS, books, record player with a great selection of records. The house is picture perfect and the fire place just sets the mood to relax and take it all in. We cant wait to return.

The cottage was absolutely gorgeous, so beautifully restored and decorated. Every little thing has been thought of, it's like home away from home. Our family of 4 was really comfortable. Great touches throughout the house and the fire was well used on the colder nights. Really central to everything and great local recommendations from our host Anneke. Would definitely stay again if we visit the Granite Belt in the future.
