No breakfast was provided, even though this was mwntioned on your booking page with rate. Hotel was closed. After shouting they opened the gate. Said, since u are reaxhing late, we provide u the room. Font expect anything. No towel, no soap, no water, no geyser, no cleaning. Dirty bedsheet, no hotwater. Dirty dusrbin with used condom put inside. Smelling pillows. Hotel said, they are not doing any oyo bookings these days. They only honored us as it was late night and partially paid. What else should u need from our end.

Location and food

Extremely poor amenities and service. No breakfast served until after 9 am..no one picks up the phone at the reception. Extremely poor condition of bathroom. U have to call the reception to turn the hot water on...and wait till 9 am in the morning before they bother to answer. Also the hotel refuses check in booked through Booking.com/ Oyo. I wasted hours on the phone trying to resolve the situation and hence missed out on my travel plans.
