Beautiful apartment

Property was clean, beautiful and well maintained. Truly looked prettier in person than in pictures. Olga was so kind and helpful, she gave great advice for places to go around the city.

No swimming pool, limited access to communal terrace. Not as advertised. Good location.

Arranging before we arrived went well at that point the owner was very responsive. The rooms were nice, location is great. Very pretty entrance area with amazing rainbow strips of light shining through the building in the morning.

After check in the owner was quite rude at times and sent a few passive-aggressive emails telling us to not walk over certain parts of the communal areas (?) and to keep the noise down (the building is not very sound proof so you sort of have to whisper in your apartment or the whole building can hear) the 'swimming pool' is the size of a hot tub but with cold water, not hot. Quite refreshing on a hot day, though you have to keep asking for access, and we had to wait for half an hour until she opened it, she said there were other guests napping near to the paddling pool area, so we had to wait. It's not like it is advertised, there is not a a swimming pool as part of your apartment. The owner also made a few remarks to my parents about the communal area and they are very respectable people in their 70's, she kept appearing in their terrace garden area and pulling across the solid plastic partitian in their terrace whilst they were sunbathing to make a point, despite their being no other guests in the communal area right outside their apartment.

I would definitely stay in Seville but unfortunately not at this hotel as I paid over £800 for 3 days expecting to have

It was traditionally decorated, comfy bed, nice shower and kitchen facilities. Nice and spacious and the entrance to the property & lobby is beautiful. The pool area albeit tiny is nice but only big enough for two at anyone time.

It is advertised as a hot tub apartment. The hot tub isn’t a hot tub but a freezing plunge pool. It doesn’t create bubbles or any heat. The owner said she would come and have a look but didn’t and then said the sun should heat it up. The sun doesn’t get anywhere near it as it’s at the bottom of a tunnel and has a sort of canopy over it anyway. No windows so not much natural light to the room. We had an infestation of ants if we left anything out for longer than 10mins. The room smelt quite fusty throughout our stay. No shade what at all on the roof so couldn’t stay up there for too long in the heat.

it was beautiful and well located. the place was quiet and peaceful. we were welcome by our host who was very professional and friendly the whole stay. I would definitely recommend!!

Extraordinaire. Appartement très confortable. Les hôtesses sont très attentives, serviables et disponibles. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville. L’hôtel se trouve sur une placette piétonne donc à l’abri du bruit. Je recommande vivement.

A charming boutique hotel in a lovely part of Seville with a perfect host!

The accommodations are beautiful, as pictured. The pool on the roof is small, but perfect for cooling off in the hot afternoon! The location is ideal, right on the edge of a little plaza and convenient to lots of little bars and restaurants. The best part of this adorable boutique hotel was our hostess, Olga. She is entirely kind and charming! You can feel as soon as you walk in the building that it is cared for and her guests are like family.

Everything was perfect. We loved our apartment, the rooftop dipping pool and lounging area, and the hostesses, Olga were all fantastic. couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay.

Our host Olga could not have been more helpful. She gave us very good tips for restaurants and places to visit, most of which we followed up on.

If we were booking again we would choose a room with outside view. Interior apartment bit dark and gloomy.

Friendly accommodation in a great location

The wonderful rooftop terrace with views across the city. Great location , very central but quiet. The manager of the apartment Olga was amazing. Very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any queries. A real asset to this business.

Living room was fairly basic. Couch was uncomfortable and room needs an extra lamp or two . This wouldn’t have been a problem in warmer , brighter weather but in January we were inside on several evenings. Lack of drawer space in bedroom was a bit of a problem .

overall it was a very nice experience, olga was very helpful with everything. she recommended a great flamenco show and

great location, everything was very close to the hotel. we could come back rest and go out again. the room was very confortable and well decorated.

Absolute perfection!!

The room (or rather a spacious one bedroom apartment) was absolutely perfect. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t supplied by the host. The decor is inviting, cozy, stylish and calming, and everything from the dishes and glassware to fittings and furnishings were elegant and tasteful. The bed was incredibly comfortable too. The location is superb, in the epicenter of everything, and the building itself is quiet and chic with a lovely feel about it. Most importantly through, was dear Olga, the host. Everything you read about her in the reviews is true! From the moment we booked she was already helping us with planning and recommendations, and when we arrived we were greeted with a big smile and a hug. She is the most wonderful person and made our stay so memorable. We will, without a doubt, be returning to Seville and to this hotel in the near future. Look no further!

Great location, spacious and wonderful host.

Olga was outstanding - really helpful, accommodating and friendly, she went well beyond what we would have expected. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet. it was clean, spacious and well-equipped for our family of four. we loved that it was on a small square next to a church and several restaurants.

Hidden Sevillan jewel

The apartments are located in a beautiful XIX century building in Plaza de San Andrés, a marvelous Sevilla area, 2 minutes away from Las Setas and 10/15 minutes walking from all the sightseeings. The building is fully renovated but keeps the Andalusí charm intact, it has a perfect patio decorated elegantly and always smells nice. The apartment was comfortable but also very stylish, I choose the one with balconies and views over the church and the plaza. I had everything I needed for a long stay, fully equipped kitchen, nice sitting area, and the most comfortable bed. Olga is the most amazing host ever, attentive, sweet and fun. I would stay here every time and wouldn’t change a thing!
