Edgewater 62, located at 1001 West Beach Boulevard, is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit with a pull out sofa for a little added sleeping space. This nicely decorated unit contains a king size bed in both the master suite as well as the guest bedroom! With three TVs, two DVD players and WiFi you will be kept connected and entertained throughout your stay. The beautiful beach front view will not disappoint! Make sure to take some time to relax on the glass enclosed balcony that is perfect for watching the lovely gulf breeze or watching a storm roll in off the coast in comfort. This unit has a fully stocked kitchen as well as washer and dryer to give you all the comforts and amenities of home while you are away. Edgewater is in a prime location to experience all Gulf Shores has to offer when it comes to dining, shopping and recreation! This property is not only beach front with quick and easy access to the beautiful white sandy beaches, but it also has a great outdoor pool. The property was just as advertised. It was clean and comfortable, and in a good location. We loved the sunroom which allowed us to view the ocean from the balcony even on cold days. There were a few minor issues that arose and Bender Realty was extremely quick at rectifying them. We were very, very pleased. We would definitely feel comfortable, renting the property again.

Let me start with the management company; Bender Reality. They were terrific. They responded quickly to questions and concerns, took care of issues, and maintained a great attitude through it all. I would gladly stay anywhere managed by them!
The condo, on the other hand, wasn't the greatest.
There was dust everywhere. Thick dust. Under the beds were so dusty, when I pulled my bag out from under the bed it brought several large gobs of dust with it. The master bedroom bed not only had dust, buy a good handful of what looked like milk duds as well.
The toilet wasn't properly bolted to the plumbing and we had to contend with all of us using the master bedroom toilet for a couple days while we waited for the condo owner's plumber to arrive. Also, one side of the toilet had quite a bit of old urine on it.
Much of the cookware was worn out, damaged, and unusable. Basic items such as a spatula were missing.
If we go to Gulf Shores again, we will definitely stay in a property managed by Bender, but it won't be this condo.

Excellent location to various activities. Beach accessibility was better after we were given the code by another guest in the condo. 2nd bathroom was small and difficult to get into shower tub. The owner showed up on our last night upset that we were there. Said we inconvenienced them. Nice kitchen area and beach overlook. Would consider this location again.

Check in was painless with no delays. Property was very clean and in order. Balcony doors were open to the beautiful ocean views when we walked into front door and very inviting. I would highly recommend Edgewater 62 for a family vacation and we will definitely be booking same property soon for next family vacation back to gulf shores Coast!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Edgewater 62. The property was very nice and comfortable. The balcony view was amazing! Also we liked that the property was close to the beach and to the parking lot. Everything was very convenient for us. Loved it!

Room was supper nice and plenty of space. The ONLY down fall I have, is the air conditioning. Which I totally get they are cost saving, but if you open any of the main doors such as the front door or the doors to the balcony it cuts the air off. Also, the room has motion detectors and I am thinking the air cuts off if your not in the room. Not sure of that. The master bedroom gets really stuffy compared to the rest of the condo. Other than that, great place and great view.

I was very disappointed to find out in order to park a second vehicle I would have to pay $80. That should be communicated in the description before booking. I did pay $20 to park in the realty company parking lot. I think for the amount of money for the rental for the week I should have been able to park in the parking included in the stay. The parking lot was never full the entire week.

The condo was perfect
Homey. Comfortable and spacious. Bender Realty was not aware of the construction going on which was very loud. It went on for 5 days of my 7 day stay. All in all i would love to stay again. Just walking on the beach and of course listening to the waves. Very relaxing

Beautiful white sand beach, no bugs so can leave patio door open all night and let sound of the waves rock you to sleep.

This property was fantastic! It was right on the beach like it says it is! The view is amazing! It was very well furnished and stocked! The master bedroom stays a bit warmer than the rest of the condo but with that view it was worth it!

Great Location
Overall the condo is nicely decorated with great views. Big bedrooms and nice balcony. Cleanness was just ok. Bathroom floors didn’t look throughly clean and I found a couple of pots I had to wash before using due to food caked on there. Saw some strange bug and hair in the bed first night there. They are very limited on supplies. No coffee filters let alone coffee. I have a Keurig at home so wasted expense there. No salt pepper nothing. Very little dish soap. I had to buy more and no dishwasher soap at all. Also bring toilet paper and paper towels. Not much of that either. No clock. The air shuts off if outer balcony doors are open do no hearing the ocean when you sleep. Small washer dryer and can’t use both at once. Buy your own supplies for that too. Overall it was nice but most likely won’t come back.

This is a well-appointed condo in West Beach--very handy to restaurants and shopping. The sliding doors on the balcony were great on rainy days. Sunny days, we would have liked to open the outer doors, but that causes the a/c to shut off.

The location and amenities of the condo were just what we needed. A lot of our family was staying at a house up the beach, but we wanted a little quiet retreat at night. This worked out perfectly! The ladies in the Bender office are all SO nice, professional and helpful. Also, we had a little AC glitch when we got there, which was taken care of by a wonderful man very quickly. I definitely recommend Bender for future vacation rentals.

Pleasant Stay
The condo is in a excellent location; the pool is great and the beach is wonderful. The amenities were good, and the building was not crowded. The Internet speed was sufficient for streaming video, but not sufficient for Zoom calls. On the whole it was a great stay!

Property is in a good location and loved that it was smaller which meant the beach was not crowded. There is no beach service offered in front of this property at all. We had to rent chairs on down the beach a bit. The appliances could use an update. The dishwasher did not work at all. You could only use the washer OR the dryer, not both at once, which was somewhat of a pain. For some reason, the master bedroom did not maintain good air circulation and always got stuffy. Curtains or blinds are needed in the living room since it’s used as a bed. If we wanted to enjoy the balcony from our bedroom before our daughter woke the sunlight gleamed in on her in the living room.
