Waterfront 1 Bedroom and 1Bathroom bayside condo DIRECTLY overlooking beautiful Boca Ceiga Bay. Fully furnished unit with your own private waterfront balconies, overlooking the bay and the romantic gold coast sunsets. Heated swimming in the winter and Jacuzzi. Cozy, comfortable and tropical style Dolphins are spotted in the bay while you are swimming in the pool or soaking in the hot tub. Shore birds are viewed daily and Bottle Nose Dolphins and manatee's can be seen. Snook, Redfish and Sea Trout frequent the grass flats just a short walk off the beach for wade fishing, or bring your boat, excellent launch ramps are nearby. Condo includes upgraded granite kitchen and bathroom counter tops, bar stools, king size bed, sofa that can be pulled out to sleep two. Everything you will need for entertainment. You just need to bring your swimsuit. Restaurants are nearby - Outback Steakhouse, Cody's, Steak & Shake are just a few. Or you can stop at nearby supermarket to pick up something to throw on the grill on the common area on your way back from the beach. Lots of activities nearby. Quick access to Pinellas Walking Trail, John's Pass and the BEACHES are within minutes from the condo or by boat. The closest beach is Madeira Beach - 2.7 miles by car. our stay here was very nice. We seen plenty of dolphin action from the balcony condo, was very well stocked with every thing you need ,would book again

We had an enjoyable two weeks. The condo was well equipped for all our needs and was exactly as shown in the photos.
On cooler days we were still able to enjoy the outdoors on the spacious balcony.
Our host, Gertrude, was very responsive and helpful. I'm sure we will return.

Gretchen was extremely responsive, I had an issue with the air conditioning not working and she had a solution to resolve everything within an hour. The view is beautiful and saw dolphins in the morning. The restaurant next door is great as well.

Let me start by saying I am a pretty tough reviewer. A place has to be perfect for me to give it five stars. This condo was just as described/shown in the listing. View was amazing and location was good for us. Complex is not huge so not a ton of people and always room at the pool. The condo was well equipped and everything was in functioning order. It could use a very detailed cleaning and refresh though. With those two things it would definitely be five stars. That said, I would not hesitate to stay there again. It was just what we were looking for.

Everything was wonderful, the condo was clean as was the resort.
The pool was nice and the proximity to the beach was super convenient.
Communication was great as well.
Made for a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

The condo was quiet and peaceful and the view was perfect. Everything was clean and we had everything we could have needed. Enjoyed our time on the balcony and the beautiful sunsets. The only downfall was that we found out Thursday before our trip that the pool would be closed almost the entire time for maintenance. We were offered a refund, but at that point we could not reschedule time off work and could find no other condos available in such short notice. Since most of our plan was to spend time by the pool relaxing on our first trip without kids in many years, we were pretty bummed. Everything else was really great and the condo is perfect for a couples trip. We appreciate the effort to make good on the pool being closed. We will definitely stay here again if we ever get a chance for a trip alone in the future. The location was perfect and there was no noise or distraction. Great time spent together!

The unit was nice and well equipped. After a uncomfortable first night when the air conditioning did not work , Gertrude was very prompt and helpful in securing a repair..
The view was great and its nice to be in a place the has all the little things.
On the negative side the bedding , linens and the living room couch needs to be replaced.

This condo was absolutely perfect for us! Every needed item was there and the view was outstanding! Very quiet, private and easy to get anywhere. Very nice and clean condo
The condo was very clean, comfortable and nice. Location was closed to restaurants and stores. The bay view from the balcony was super amazing. Sunset and sunrise views were beautiful.

This place had an absolute beautiful view from the balcony which you can’t see as well in pictures but the view is breathtaking. This place has all the necessities you will need. A perfect place for a couple getaway.

Snow getaway
We loved the location away from the crowded, busy tourist areas. Still close enough to go to those areas if you want. The view from the balcony is so peaceful. We liked that the Pinellas Trail was close. We felt safe walking in our "neighborhood".

Awesome week
We had an amazing week at Boca Ciega. We could not have had better weather and the condo was better than presented. The view of the bay was absolutely beautiful. We watched dolphins in the morning off of the balcony. And had the most amazing sunsets We have ever seen. I have been back to work for 3 days now and I have told everyone about how amazing the trip was.
We will be back. I guarantee it.

beautiul setting
I enjoyed the heated swimming pool and comfortable beach chairs in the pool area. Our location was beautiful overlooking the pool area and bay with boats and dolphins going by regularly. The unit was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay!

Condo was wonderful and Gertrude was a pleasure to work with and helped us w a last min rental
We needed to find a rental after our cruise was cancelled less than 12 hrs before disembarkation. Property owner, Gertrude, worked w us and we rented last minute and she made a stressful situation turn into one of the best vacations ever. The condo was very nice, clean and comfortable and location was close to many places we wanted to visit. The bay view from the balcony was lovely and relaxing. Gertrude even let us check in a little early and we were very thankful and had a great vacation. Condo had everything we needed and the bed was amazingly comfortable, shower had great water pressure, kitchen was well appointed w any item we needed and the pool and grounds were beautiful and clean. I highly recommend this property at Boca Ciego
