Great location on a hill overlooking the town and only a short 10-15min walk to the cliffs. The house provides parking, which is essential since most visitors end up walking 4-5km from where they parked just to enter Etretat. The house itself offers plenty of space, with 3 bedrooms, a living room with connected kitchen, an outdoor terrace, a backyard, an outdoor storage area with a clean washing machine, and one bathroom. We did not meet anyone, but communication was easy and clear and we were able to arrive, get the keys from a lockbox, and enter the home without any problems. Also, we travelled with our dog, who was welcomed for only a 20EUR deposit, that was never actually asked for. She loved the outdoor terrace and backyard.

The house definitely requires some love and care, since it is quite dated and in-need of repairs. Also, we could not get the WiFi to work, but that was not a problem for us, since we had mobile plans.

The location was superb! Very quiet street and neighbours. Hardly meet anyone on the street.

It was very cold in the house when we arrived. Around 17 °C although outside was around 20°C. It was not easy to communicate with the owner and the lady who came to get the house back when we depart. This is because I don't speak French and the lady doesn't speak English. Some of the cutlery was dirty. I mean ugly dirty... Not to mentioned the set for the barbecue. If you don't like spiders this place is not for you then. One spider is more than I would expect on an accommodation but here we meet a few big ones.... And it is not fun to feel a spider crawling on your are in the middle of the night.

The setting was. . Good. Most mod cons. Plenty of crocks.. Good size for 4 persons..

The toilet door did shut or lock. Linen was supplied and towels but very well used but clean. Although accommodation was rustic it needs updating with hanging space mirrors in bedrooms.. A d cushions for oustide furniture Property elevated so needs mentioning as village downsteep slope. Shower fell of the wall stuck together with tape.

A very atmospheric place. The apartment has a great location. Within walking distance you will find the beautiful Etretat Gardens and a place with perfect views of the cliffs. The house is equipped with everything necessary. Very good communication with the owner. A very big plus for help and information in English if needed. I definitely recommend a stay.

The location indeed and the house style of the accommodation. Perfect for two adults and 2/3 children. Was nice as well to have a well equipped kitchen with little supplies such as coffee, tea, etc.

Nothing special.

Great house just outside the center of Etretat in a quiet residential neighborhood. It was great to be out of the tourist bustle, but very close by, and not have to worry about finding parking because of the big private parking space on-site. Nice walk from the house to the cliffs on the eastern side. Plenty of room inside the house and on the patio, with a nice view. Beds were comfy. It was convenient having a washing machine and well-stocked kitchen. Titaina was very friendly and responded to messages quickly.

Seating in the living room needs an upgrade—the couch was uncomfortable and chairs too small. I'd opt for a smaller coffee table and put in an L-shaped sofa. It would also be nice to have darker curtains in the bedrooms to block light in the mornings. Be aware that there's a tough climb up a very steep hill back to the house from the town center (only about 10 minutes to walk down, but 15 minutes back up!).
