Located in Orford, this lovely condo for R 1,682 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Fully self contained modern 2 bedroom apartment. Sleeps five -Large queen and single main bedroom and small bunk room. Access to deck and spa pool. Four day notice required for spa use non day light savings times. 2 day minimum stay all travellers. Any additional guests arriving must pay host additional $30 per person per night. No smoking allowed in unit. Central location in Orford with beach, IGA and "Our park" all within 15 minute walk. Beautiful spring beach and the Orford Golf club both within a five minute drive away and Triabunna for ferry access to Maria Island and additional services a 8 minute drive. Perfect location for access to the magnificent East Coast. One and half hours drive to the Freycinet Peninsula or Bicheno via Swansea and many wonderful wineries.

It was good value with comfortable beds but the space was not welcoming and everything a bit tired . The kitchen was well equipped. There were 3 of us but only 2 stools to eat at the breakfast bar .The outdoor space is dominated by the large hot tub . There were no views from the property but very convenient to take the ferry to Maria island .

We stayed here for my partner’s 60th birthday. He now wants to come back every year for his birthday. It was relaxing and peaceful and the jacuzzi is to die for.

Dark and gloomy, no natural light or views- despite the name. Loungeroom floor was filthy with long accumulated grot under chairs. We didn’t stay and booked elsewhere. Sadly too late for a refund.

Loved the Jacuzzi- Great to relax in after a long day at Maria Island. Hosts respected our privacy and provided heaps of provisions and towels. great value for money. highly recommend

Nice big spa. Location convenient. The unit is substandard: bed sheets, kitchen utensils, carpet, etc are all old and very dirty. Address not listed on Google Map.
It looks like these issues have been listed by previous tenants but the owners haven't bothered improving them.
We will never come back.

Everything you needed at the property with the use of the very large hot tub during our stay. A little far from the main cities but perfect for a stop off on the way from south to north of Tazzy

It was a cozy little apartment, location was nice and quiet. Spa was amazing after a day hiking on Maria Island!

The unit was fine for a couple. Although there were only 2 stools at the bench for eating. We asked the hosts for a table on the deck so we could sit down to eat which they obliged graciously. There were beds for 5 people but no where for that number to eat.

We loved staying here. With two little ones it was convenient with separate living to the bedroom layout. All that we needed was there. Host was very friendly. Everything you need for a very reasonable price.

The owners lived upstairs and the lady was very nice. There was plenty of extras in the cupboards and some chokkies too ( thank you). We also loved your kelpie dog and gave him some pats. We did not use the spa as it was too cold for us Qlanders .!

On arriving the the property seemed ok. The second bedroom should have no more than a single bed it’s so tiny especially for bunks. Very dirty under the bed. Main bedroom was comfortable and the spa was relaxing. To our dismay the noise from the owners abound started at 7am. Vacuuming, power tools and also banging in the garage just of the lounge of the apartment. This all continued til we up and left the property at 12 Noon. Not the relaxing holiday we had planned. The owners blatant disregard for us was appalling and I have never stayed anywhere like this… May be ok for a couple but you would want to check they aren’t doing renovations first. Didn’t even bother to ask why we left early.

Great retreat for a couple of friends
We really enjoyed our stay. A great spot for a couple of friends to stay. The hot tub was amazing. Gail was wonderful and brought us extra towels to use after our spa. The only suggestions would be that it would be nice to have a clothes airer and a book of local information about orford and things to do.

Orford Over-nighter
Had a great overnight stay. Gail our host was very accommodating. Clean, good location and very reasonably priced. We all loved the hot tub. Wish we had longer here and will definately be back.
