Perfect for extended family or large friend groups. The property includes a grassy area out the back and a huge carport. There is a gas bbq and outdoor setting undercover. The spacious rear garden backs on to a reserve. Please note the property is not fully fenced. The long driveway provides parking for up to 3 vehicles. *Please note that linen is not included when booking this property* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Alternatively, you can hire linen directly through LinenOnLoan for this property. A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure. Additionally, booking through “Obrien Real Estate” necessitates completion of an online check-in process closer to your arrival date, including providing a Photo ID and a credit/debit card.
