Noise levels in the building were very unpleasant on two occasions during our stay. Contractors were angle grinding the external wall of the building on one day, which reverberated through the building. Also there was live music outside at the bar across the street on a Thursday night until midnight. Not ideal for a work visit. The music could be expected given the inner city location, but not the angle grinding - I don't think that the apartment should have been available to rent given that this work would have been scheduled and known about by the owners.
