отличный дом, великолепные завтраки

прекрасное место с собственным садом, очень понравился завтрак: гречка, яйца, овощи, ягоды, сладости, хлопья, молоко и тд не ожидала, что завтрак будет таким приятным. есть номера под землёй, один из таких достался мне. но там было ок. просто не было окон. все удобства есть, всё чистое, дают одноразовую щётку, пасту, тапочки, средства для мытья. хозяева прекрасные, доброжелательные, милые, гостеприимные.

не в восторге от номера под землёй, но не критично. так же не закрывалась дверь, но проблему решили

We enjoyed staying in Patriott hotel. Its beyond our expectation. Tha room is very big for 4 of us.

We really like the mountain view, the staff is very good and kind.The food is freshly cook and cooked by the owners(thank you for cooking the white rice for my kids and cook their requested food)there is plentiful choices of breakfast. And the hotel is very clean. The breakfast is 9 to 11 but because we will flight early today, the owner wake up at 7am just to prepare our breakfast( thank you for consideration).We really enjoyed staying in this hotel.If we have the chance to come back again in armenia we are surely stay again in Patriott hotel. Highly recommended.

Going to city is 15 minutes but the taxi is very accessible and we can manage it.

Как будто съездила в гости к любимой тетушке :)

Отель оказался приятным семейным отелем с очень доброжелательными хозяевами - было очень комфортно и спокойно. Номер был большой, ванная комната большая и удобная. Понравилось: - много места для хранения вещей (шкаф, тумбочки) - отличная рабочая зона - комфортная кровать и приятное постельное белье / одело - тихо, соседей было не слышно (но они были!) - хороший напор воды, место для хранения косметических принадлежностей в ванной - светло, уютно. Неожиданно для меня были тапочки, зубная паста и мыло - достаочно мощный фен На этаже отличный утюг. Завтраки были как дома - просыпалась утром от легкого запаха тостов, по красивой винтовой лестнице спускалась на завтрак. Свежеприготовленная яичница, французские тосты, омлет, овсяная каша, овощи - еды хватало. В качестве бонуса можно было выйти на балкон с котиками :) Хозяева очень доброжелательны и готовы помочь по любому вопросу. Недалеко есть продуктовый магазин (там только наличкой оплата), фудкорт и ТЦ с обменником. Рядом Ботанический сад (просто небольшой кусочек зеленого парка, если честно) и зоопарк. До центра на такси примерно 15 минут. Можно заказать в отель доставку Яндекс-еды.

We stay for 1 night with the 3 y.o. kid. Personal was very friendly and helpful! Home made jelly and baking for breakfast. Rooms are very clean, spacious and good equipped! Thank you!

Good value with quiet location

Great room with everything one might need. Breakfast is good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Quiet location.

The location is a bit far from the center but still good accessible with public transport or taxi. Prepayment is not accepted, only pay at property. Shower drain was full in the room on 1st floor, so one needs to shower very fast, otherwise it would flood the bathroom.

The mom even prepared a sandwich for me as I was running late for my tour so nice &sweet 😊

I have booked for a Double room based on the photos on their adds. Upon reaching the hotel around 12 pass noon i have checked in and immediately had an access to my room. Furnitures were all new, appliances are working perfectly, bathroom is spotlessly clean. And the most important thing is the bed, pillows and comforter smells cleaned 😴.... The place is well maintained. They even cleaned my room without me telling them. I highly recommend Patriott Hotel....

Pleasant Stay!

The breakfast should start at 9am, however the owner of the hotel made us at 8:30 because we need check out earlier to catch our flight. Thanks for your consideration.

Best hotel I stayed in at this price!

Everything was absolutely amazing at the hotel. Waking up to the view of Mt. Ararat and enjoying a home made, super fresh breakfast. Everyday the breakfast was different and delicious. the staff was not only friendly but super helpful. the person at reception has helped us a lot with Yerevan tips during our stay. rooms are clean and well equiped. the place is well lite during the day.

there was nothing to not like about the property.

I personally recommend this hotel

This was quite a joyful experience. A small hotel with a very friendly stuff. Was quite surprised about breakfast - generally this is a home made cuisine, made by only person - delicious and sincere. Rooms are clean with modern facilities. Also hotel located in a hill which provides greatest view on the Ararat mountain (photo below) and on the Yerevan city below. Hotel has an apple trees garden and this is also a positive feature

Disliked · The major drawback is rooms themselves. Regardless the fact that there are very clean and nice, it is possible that you will stay in ground floor (The rooms in the garden).This rooms cluster has back windows on the street which level is higher then the rooms floor, so this is like you are living in underground floor.

Amazing place in a unique way!

I would highly recommend this hotel to stay especially for couples or families having leisure trip. We have stayed for 3 nights and I must say that it was beyond our expectation. Breakfast is superb, personally prepared by the owner, kids love it as well. Rooms are quite big, comfortable beds plus amazing mountain view with snow! Excellent staff run by the family, missed to get the names though. They are all very hospitable and friendly in every aspect.

the staff , the breakfast, the ambience is lovely

the place was spotless and beautiful. quite and functional. we loved the staff. one of the owner, she make the breakfast every day fresh and tasty. I had to work and used the dining area for work, it was super great. it was a great experience. we had no problem with parking and the access to the center of the city is about 15 min. if you have your own vehicle, this is a great location because you don’t have to deal with the traffic. the property is located up the hill, so you will have a great view from your room. I and family, we loved this hotel and will go back again. for the price you will have a really good quality stay and it’s a very safe facility.

Well, it was all perfect I would say. They didn't ask us additional charges for early checked in.

The food was delicious and the people were just so kind. Trying sticky Quinoa for the first time was an amazing experience, especially with honey which I just learned with my Partner. Memorable Anniversary travel it is!

In my opinion, they need to put some more heaters in since the weather was so cold and the heat was so low. Also, they should try putting a bidet in the washroom to make it more modern.

The location 😍: yes it is 15 mins driving away from downtown(Taxi is very cheap, use "GG" application ) yet it was so peaceful & relaxing. The distance might shock you at first but soon you'll love your decision. Room & bed: the room is very modern & clean. The beds were comfortable too. The host: They were suuuper kind and welcoming. Privacy: We didn't feel the presence of anyone 👍🏼 Breakfast: the hostess is the one who make the breakfast, very simple homemade breakfast yet so delicious and fresh. Hot/cold water in the rooms, hot/cold AC, heaters, hair dryer, kettle, cups. Also there's an iron in the first floor for anyone to use.

very good accommodation! clean apparts with conditioner, wonderful breakfast, excellent host. a little bit far from the city center, but taxi is very cheap, so it’not a problem.
