This holiday house has been designed perfectly for multiple families gathering together for a beach holiday. It is just 20km from Sydney and yet feels like you are 100's km away down the coast as it overlooks a marine reserve. The very best of both holiday options. Enjoy Sydney festivities and events with the relaxing vibe of the beachside holiday home. The configuration is a main house overlooking the beach with stunning views from the open plan living/kitchen/dining area and a deck that opens up from the kitchen down towards the beach access grass path. The apartment has a master bedroom plus family bathroom. The main house has 4 bedrooms (one with an ensuite) and a family bathroom plus a further bedroom/study attic. Some visitors may choose to configure two of the houses central bedrooms (one has an ensuite) as part of the apartment and keep the two residences seperate (i.e. 3 bedrooms each so both families have their own space and can catch up whenever they like). Otherwise we can set up as an overall single residence for you. The apartment provides the house its very own cafe/bar with shared gardens looking over the ocean, outdoor cinema and outdoor spa. Both the house and apartment have all the latest gadgets (satellite TV, indoor cinema projector & multile screens across the house) to make your holiday everything you could wish for. The outdoor area has a Gas bbq and a fenced garden. Well behaved pets are welcome. As well as being on the beach we are only a few hundred metres from Narrabeen lake, Narrabeen 50m ocean pool and the rock pools which are great for younger children to swim and play in. This is a quiet unique spot and families will no doubt enjoy a beach holiday of a lifetime. This has been especially setup for family gahtherings - the area is not suitable for party groups and we will review with you the ages and mix of guests before accepting bookings.
