Enjoy pool side dining, and On The Rocks, a casual setting for dinner and lunch. Shop The Market Place for essentials and your daily dose of Starbucks. Escape the everyday and experience the exceptional. Kick back and relax in a beautiful 1,200 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa, featuring a fully-furnished kitchen, separate dining and seating areas, and a luxurious whirlpool tub. Enjoy the views out on the balcony while you sip your morning coffee or relax on the couch and watch your favorite show or movie on one of the three in-room TVs. Our villa is the perfect place to recover after a day out in the sun, or to prepare for a night out on the town! Most lower level units have obstructed view to the Ocean. *Marriott’s Ocean Pointe will be undergoing a building and interior unit renovation from Jan. 30 through Dec. 15, 2023. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate contractors and construction noise during your upcoming stay. All resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.* The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The Vrbo calendar helps provide availability and estimated price quote. Always inquire with the agent and do not reserve airfare until your confirmation has been received. Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty. Note that the images are representative of this unit and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. A specific view category must be addressed with rental agent. Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been agreed upon in writing. The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the unit will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for unit placement. Nice Resort. Very quiet. Mostly snow birds. Ocean and beach were gorgeous. Restaurants on the island were lacking but short drive to the mainland. Came for MLB spring training and location was great to hit up multiple stadiums

Property was fantastic! Our family enjoyed every moment of it…7 days went way too fast! :( Amenities were great, lots to do even for my teenagers. Look forward to returning!

This property was nice and there was plenty of room for the 7 of us between 2 rooms that were adjoined. The cost of the property was very spendy for what we got. The hotel has many things to offer but on top of the outrageous cost of the room you have to pay for the extras too. For example, the hotel offers chairs and umbrellas for the beach which you have to pay for hourly or daily. They also have someone offering snorkeling guide for money per person. We just went up the street bought some equipment for way less and went to the very famous snorkeling area just across the bridge. The pool options and bar options were very nice to have on site. And the hotel had fun activities for the kids as well. Nice place to stay but had we booked sooner we could have found just as nice of a place for half of what we spent.
