Situated in Puako, this attractive condo for R 5,631 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Hali'i Kai is just minutes away from beautiful sandy beaches, world class golf, shopping, restaurants and a host of vacation amenities. One of the wonderful features of Hali'i Kai is it's oceanfront pool area - The Ocean Club. The Club has a magnificent multi layered resort style pool, along with a concierge desk, a small restaurant and an amazing fitness center that sports some of the best views on the Kohala coast. The Villa (19D) is nothing short of spectacular. This luxuriously furnished Hali'i Kai villa was professionally decorated and creates the perfect vacation experience for both a romantic getaway as well as a relaxing and entertaining family vacation. Hali'i Kai DOES NOT HAVE PARKING FEES. The dining area for four is just off of the living area. The home has a fully upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, coffee maker, blender and glassware to make family dining easy. The lanai is the perfect place to watch the sunset after a full day of activities, dine with your family or watch the stars each night after sunset. The master bedroom, with beautiful decor, has a Cal King size bed. There is a wall mounted SMART big screen television and a reading area for those quiet, relaxing moments. The master bath has a dual sink vanity and a very large shower. The guest bedroom also has a Cal King size bed (rare feature) and a wall mounted SMART big screen TV. Just off of the guest bedroom is the guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo and dual sink vanity. In the living area, sliding glass doors open to the lanai and let in the sea breezes, creating an airy indoor/outdoor living space. Slide open the doors, stretch out on the sofa, and sneak in an afternoon nap. Free Wifi included. To facilitate a full Hawaiian experience, the Villa comes with beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, games, tennis rackets, basketballs and beach towels. It also comes with some games and DVDs for evening entertainment. About Hali'i Kai at Waikoloa Beach : The spectacular amenities featured at the resort, the Ocean Club and the myriad of nearby island entertainment venues will create a memory that will be one you will remember for a lifetime. This is an absolutely wonderful property in a beautiful location. The beds are comfortable and the appliances are all high end. The unit is amazingly well stocked to make your stay easy and comfortable. The resorts restaurant and pool are superb and the area is far quieter than hotels or timeshares. You will love staying here. Highly recommended.

We didn’t know that the condo was upstairs, the shower was a little wonky, and we didn’t know that we had to pay $75.00 parking for 3 days.
The condo is very clean, and well thought out with supplies. It’s very well decorated.

Property was nice but a bit confusing at first. Great pool, nice grounds, wide array of flowers, nice condo with well stocked items thank you. Kids enjoyed it very much, bathroom 2 needs a new shower, kids ended up in master shower every day. Love Hawaii.

We loved our stay! The condo had everything we needed to make our trip enjoyable! They had coolers and ice packs in the freezer so we could pack lunches for our beach days. They had beach towels and chairs for the beach as well. They had plenty of laundry pods so we could wash our clothes. This island was beautiful and this was a perfect spot to enjoy our time!! Could not recommend it more!

Wonderful place on the Big Island!
We had great communication with our owner, so even when when needed help he was quick to reply or answer. The property is great for the location and amenities! Wonderful tennis courts with rackets in the room, pool and beach club was top notch for watching the sunset. Shopping and theater close by, and easy access to anything on the island. Superb rental!

They have some hammocks in the middle of the complex and the view of the stars was amazing. The front closet is stocked with everything you would need for the beach. This condo is wonderful. It made for a comfortable and homey feel for the week we were there. Everything is as-stated. Owners were very responsive for the 2 questions we had during the week. The neighborhood pool and hottub area is inviting, friendly. We highly recommend this property. They even have the beach towels and beach chairs for easy use!!

No ocean view here - but an easy 10 minute walk to the pool and incredible sunsets. Most of the Waikaloa resorts do not have this easy access so this is a plus. We spent spent a lot of time on the lanai enjoying the breezes.
The pool area is very nice - but for whatever reason they do not have umbrellas, so shady spots are few. The restaurant was decent with reasonable prices for the area.
You should bring your own soaps/shampoos/laundry pods as they were not provided. We always bring some of our own since we are never sure if they are provided.
Bottom line - we are really sorry to be leaving after two weeks.

Spotless comfy condo!
The pictures do not do this place justice. Much roomier than it looks online. The beds were so comfortable and the place was pristine..so clean. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of towels including beach towels. There was a closet full of games and beach gear to use. My favorite part of the condo was the beautiful deck...coffee in the morning was so peaceful. The resort area pool was great...drinks, food, and staff all wonderful. And there are several beaches nearby and shopping too. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Great Place To Stay!!
When we first walked into the condo, all we could say was WOW!!!! For the price of this condo you get everything you could possibly wish for. We loved our stay here and will absolutely be coming back. Thank you Lisa for offering your home to guests visiting Hawaii. We were on the island for a few weeks and stayed a total of 3 places… this was by far our favorite place we stayed at!! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for an affordable stay but also want to stay in a luxury condo. Thank you again!

The pool is gorgeous (sadly the restaurant and bar were closed due to Covid) but the owners graciously have their closet stocked with everything you could possibly imagine for a great day at the beach (chairs, frisbees, volleyball, umbrella beach towels) we were nervous about how inexpensive it was compared to other units in this community but it’s obvious that they just want offer a fair price. Sooo great!! Thank you Lisa and Robert, we had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come again when things are not closed down from covid. Five stars!

It’s a beautiful and spacious condo that has an infestation of huge carpenter ants that come out mostly in the evening. The parking space is not even remotely close to the building. It’s really clean but the master bedroom didn’t have hot water and the freezer wasn’t producing ice (but when mentioned, the owner said a part was on order). We went specifically for the pool, which was only open from 9-5 due to COVID-19. The deepest part of the pool is 4ft and have a lot of strict rules like no balls/throwing toys or jumping or floaties. But overall the place is beautiful and clean and quiet with a great ocean view. We saw dolphins and a turtle from the pool.
