My group had a great stay in this super charming cottage on the East End of Ptown during Halloween weekend. The home itself is very cute and the yard with little seating areas was also perfect to enjoy the gorgeous fall weather. Communication with Garth was easy and seamless. A++ all around.

Beautiful cottage and excellent location on the East Side. Lovely, lush garden (too bad it rained and we couldn't fully enjoy). Garth was super responsive and accommodating when we had to make a change in our plans. Will return in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this lovely home on the East End. With four adults and a few dogs, we didn’t feel crowded at all. The home was equipped with everything we needed, especially the kitchen. We were able to cook a few meals while there with no problem. The gardens in the back create a peaceful oasis, and we spent some time enjoying it in the second seating area in the back. It was also great to have the bay beach so close, so we could walk the dogs whenever we wanted. We would highly recommend this home for a getaway!

The garden is fairly large and calming (includes running fountain & pond). The house is roomy & comfortable. We loved the location: a close walk to all the action on Commercial Street, and just far enough for peace & quiet when desired. Highly recommend considering this beautiful home for your next stay!! 👌

Loved our stay at Garth’s. All the comforts of home in a cute lil beach cottage setting. Great outdoor meditation garden for quiet coffee mornings. A couple blocks from the public beach access walkthrough with a quite section of harbor beach to picnic on was me and my friends go to choice. It was so nice being able to bring my lil chiweiner dog with me…he loved the beach too!

All of us had a great time, loved the house, the back garden area, outside shower and just the homely nature of it. All so well equipped. Good space. Easy walk in to the main areas. Just lovely

We have stayed in many different places in Ptown and this house is a favorite. The space is comfortable, it’s convenient and quiet, and the outdoor space is lovely.

We had an excellent week at the cottage. Our group consisted of 4 adults and 2 toddlers and it was the perfect home-base for our time in Provincetown and the Outer Cape. It’s a quick walk to the hubbub on Commercial Street and a short drive to the National Seashore. Definitely make time to relax and recharge in the peaceful gardens. The owners are very responsive and the house is well appointed with things you may need. We hope to come back!

Beautiful gardens, the pictures don’t even do it justice! The house is very comfortable and great/fast communication with Garth! Just to note the half bathroom downstairs is very small so just to consider depending on people’s sizes and abilities it may be difficult to fit in but it worked for us and was nice to have another bathroom. Loved the outdoor shower. Rooms were very comfortable. It’s so nice to be near the beach! About a 20 minute walk to the center of commercial street downtown, may be best to have a bike for those that aren’t big walkers but it was a beautiful walk.

We loved our week at the cottage! Prior years, we've stayed at a hotel suite nearby, and we're not going back to that! Not only is the house everything we needed (3 rooms, parking, kitchen, w/d) it was everything extra to make a stay away from home feel homey. From the excellent stock of serving ware to the owners' taste in art to THE GARDEN we were constantly delighted with the property and the care shown to maintaining it.
The owner, Garth, was very quick to respond to any message. Check in/out was straightforward. We can't wait to go back!

The place is clean and charming. We love the decor and very homey. Location is a plus, nearby a lot of restaurant, stores, beach and only 6 minutes drive to Stop and Shop and 7 minutes drive to Herring Cove Beach.
The host, Garth, is very responsive and helpful. Thank you Garth for all your hospitality and I hope I can visit again.

The cottage was very clean and cozy, perfect for a trip with friends, the check in process was very easy, the property manager was very responsive, overall a great place to stay

Amazing property close to everything. We were surprised by the size and beauty of all the outdoor spaces, photos doesn’t to the garden justice. Great to have a BBQ or just relax in the garden. Garth is a great host, very responsive and it was an easy check in. Bedrooms were a good size with storage even for an older home and parking is a big plus in that section of town. Never had to move the car, everything is within a 10 min walk. Everything was as described. Highly recommended for families of small groups.

It was a pleasure to stay here and we would definitely stay again. The owners are accessible and helpful but it was so great we didn't need anything!

The hosts Garth & Doug were awesome. They were professional, attentive, communicative and caring. The house was great! Close to the beach, restaurants and Commercial Street. The house had an awesome outside shower as well. What a treat! My husband wants to build one now. My family had a wonderful first time vacation in Provincetown.

Absolutely charming and fairy tale cottage. A great place to have as a home base to rest up for all the events available in the best little resort town known as Ptown. Amazingly well laid out for a family or group of friends amidst a most home like setting inviting you to chill and relax.

We spent Halloween weekend with a few friends in the house. We loved the three bedroom layout. The house had a lot of charm. The gardens are really pleasant and peaceful, so we had brunch outside. Location is a reasonable walk to town, but away from the masses. The host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

A great place to stay with comfortable sleeping and even a washer dryer in the house. Very nice hosts!!

Home is fine. Description said parking for three cars. The week of we were told only two and we had to find on street parking. It was not easy and we probably would not have booked that home as we knew we had three cars. House was great.

This home is situated in a perfect location, walking distance to town, but far enough to be calm and quiet. There was a general store a 2 minute walk away that met all our needs. The only downside was the driveway which even for the 2 car limit was hard to navigate. Overall, this part had little to no impact on our stay since we didn't have to move the cars after we got there until we left. Great stay!

Second time we’ve stayed here and likely will again. Garth is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. House and location are perfect for our Ptown stays

Garth is a great host. He was responsive and helpful throughout. The home is lovely and so close to the harbor beach, which was perfect for the dogs.

The house is small but it worked well for us, and the sitting areas in the back were wonderful. The location is great -- close enough to everything in Provincetown, but not in the midst of crowds and noise.

This was a great place to stay.. about 1/2 mile to the center of P-Town. It was very clean, air conditioned (important these days) and artfully decorated. Beautiful garden in the back and off street parking. Well equipped with kitchen utensils and a dish washer and clothes washer/dryer. All-in-all... a great place.

Gorgeous House, Great Location
The house was absolutely gorgeous. Very quiet and serene neighborhood with a quick walk to town! The beach is directly across the street and made for a nice way to out without hauling everything by car. Garth was wonderful and extremely communicative. He made sure we had everything we needed. We will absolutely be coming again! Highly recommend to any groups or families!

This charming historic house is comfortable and well appointed. The back yard garden make for a quiet peaceful getaway with two areas for seating. The house is at one end of the strip and make a great starting place for a walk through town. Of course the National park beaches are just a short drive away.

The house itself is historic and charming.. great location.. the gardens are awesome.. furniture seems very used and old.. one bedroom has nice comfortable mattress.. the other 2 the mattresses very hard and uncomfortable.. had to clean the day we got there.. floors very dirty.. encountered ants both downstairs and upstairs.. and lot’s of cobwebs in areas around the house parking is shared with the neighbor.. the parking is located at the very end of a narrow driveway and several times we had issues with the neighbor being extremely rude and at times ridiculous.

Early summer getaway
Property is beautiful with a lovely garden out back. Traveled with 5 total and all bedrooms were about the same ample size. Space was never an issue. Beds comfortable. The living room is large and comfortable. Plenty of comfortable chairs and sofa. Downstairs bathroom is tight for the tall. Kitchen had ample supplies. I even found a French press. Close enough to the action and far enough to have a nice quiet night with friends.

We had an excellent time at the house! We were six adults, which did not feel too tight despite it being a compact house. The private outdoor spaces made up for the distance from the beach (if you consider a 200' walk as distance). The rooms were simple and comfortable, heat and A/C worked well, outdoor shower was very nice, gardens were beautiful, and common spaces were well stocked and clean. I was surprised at how clean and functional the house was given how old it is - hardware worked, windows opened, etc. I appreciated that despite being a rental house it had some charm, unlike so many tasteless and bland places with "modern" plastic replaceable cheap furniture. It really felt like a home. We had an issue with the heavy front door lock, and the host responded very quickly to help us. It is a quiet neighborhood - the neighbors were very kind but I would not recommend it as a loud party house. It is right against Bradford St which might be noisy for some, but coming from NYC it was comparatively silent. Our group would stay here again!

Nice location and easy parking
Stayed here with our family and enjoyed being close enough to walk down commercial street and close to a park for the kids to play basketball. Home was generally clean and well equipped. Beds are very firm with comfortable bedding. Everything was in working order. Upstairs bathroom nice. Half bath downstairs is quite small (think airline lavatory size) but still nice to have if you have a family staying. Overall enjoyed our stay in this home and the location was good with parking easily for 2 vehicles available. Appreciated being able to contact owner easily.
