We planned a weekend zoo trip with family. The house was perfect for us. Close to the zoo. The kitchen was fantastic and the kids LOVED the upstairs area. The owners were extremely responsive to any questions.

Overall nice property that had everything we needed. It was clean and all ready to go when we arrived. Four stars on communication with property owner only because the front door didn't work when I arrived. I later saw I had an email telling me the lock wasn't working and to use the back door. I think a text message would be better communication for something like this rather than an email, but it was still communicated. Convenient laundry in the basement, with two washer and dryers. Again, the property had everything we needed and we had a nice stay.

Stayed with family for a few nights to attend a concert. Neighborhood was fairly quiet, easy in and out to downtown/market area and other locations. Property was clean and as advertised and host was very easy to work with. Would definitely rent again for a long summer weekend with family or friends.

Our family had a great experience and enjoyed our stay. House was clean, even the floors, which was impressive. We had no issues at all. Definitely will come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the zoo was perfect. We also went to the Bob Kerrey pedestrian bridge and the Old Market and they were both close by. The kitchen was well equipped and even had a couple of essentials to start you off (coffee and condiments). The whole house was nicely remodeled and we had plenty of space for our group of 10 to eat together and hang out in the evening. Thank you for a nice place to stay.

Very nice, comfortable home. It was perfect for our Creighton graduation weekend. Excellent host.

The house is very cozy in a peaceful neighborhood. It is a little far from downtown, but we had no trouble getting around.
Thank you very much for letting us stay.

This gem is an awesome getaway in the downtown space. Literally minutes from the zoo, just like the listing describes! Check-in and check-out were seamless. Jeremy is a great host: well-prepared, thorough, and communicative. You can tell he goes above and beyond to give his guests a dependable place to stay.
We had everything we needed to cook our meals at home. The house has smart home features, which gave us the security of knowing that Jeremy could troubleshoot anything if we needed (we didn’t though). We appreciated the information binder left in the living room with all the details we’d need, plus recommendations on things to do and places to eat!

This was one of the nicest houses we've ever stayed in and the location was perfect! Everything we wanted to do was really close by. Will definitely save this listing for anytime we want to travel to Omaha!

Straight shot to the zoo. One turn drive to downtown. All that and still located in a quiet neighborhood.

The home was recently remodeled and was very nice! One thing to look at, the shower in the main floor bathroom is very, very slippery. Something should be done about that!

Appreciated all the space in this house, we were able to spread out and have enough room for everyone. Like that the front rooms of the house still had original craftsman character, and the rest was nicely updated. Plenty of room at the large dining room table to accommodate everyone! Quiet neighborhood, parking was fine. Can hear the train, but pretty far away. Needs new pillows, but I think every home I've ever stayed in does. Very nice home, would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for 5 nights in mid-March with our three kids, ages 3, 7, and 9. It was close to downtown and the zoo, and within 15 minutes to almost everything in Omaha. It was very clean, plenty of linens and towels, and a ton of space to spread out. We loved the updates. We didn’t have any issues with our stay and would book this home again if we were in the area!

The space was great for a larger group. The neighborhood was a little run down but the house its self was very nice. Jerome my was easy to get a hold of if anything was needed.

I had a group of 30 something’s dads for the weekend. The house is great for entertaining and plenty of sleeping space. The neighborhood isn’t the cleanest area, but it’s a quick drive to decent neighborhoods. The house was being re-sided so there was a lot of construction debris in the yard. Overall, a fine place to stay for the price.

We had a great time in Omaha and staying at Big Blue contributed greatly to the success of the trip. The house has nice bedrooms and a beautiful kitchen and living room. We also loved that we could park in the driveway (a must with toddlers) and everything was a very short car ride away. Jeremy is a wonderful and attentive host, we would do it again!

Just as listed and very comfortable! Close to downtown.
Clean updated home in Little Italy. Jeremy was so accommodating with winter storm that hit Omaha the day we were to arrive. Would definitely stay here again!

Our group stayed for a surprise 40th birthday party. The house is just as described and is an easy ride to downtown. The house was clean and most kitchen supplies. The owner allowed us to check in early to accommodate flight times.

Needed a home for a friend getaway. Great space for 7 adults. Bedrooms and bathrooms accommodated everyone. Kitchen was great for gathering and cooking. Home was clean and updated. Neighborhood was quiet with little traffic noise. Did hear train but not bothersome at all. We thought it was the perfect home.
We enjoyed being close to downtown for shopping and dining.

This property in an established neighborhood has all the updates and amenities as those you’d expect at home. Easy to access and close to attractions in Omaha. If you’re looking for a relaxing place for a vacation ,this is a great option.

The way they kept the older characters through out parts of the home was so good. Great place to stay.

This is a great place to stay! I’m glad I listened to the reviews. It is conveniently located between the zoo and downtown. The house is very nice inside. Everything was updated only 3 years ago. There are two sets of bunk beds! A total of six beds. Plenty of room for my family of 7. The neighborhood seemed nice. I would stay here again. Book this house, you won’t be disappointed!

We had a very great experience during our recent Omaha trip! Nothing but good things to say about this property: it was very nice and clean, GREAT location, tons of room in the house and plenty of parking (we had 3 vehicles in total). The host was very responsive to any questions we had. The kids loved and made use of the games in the house (Uno, Twister). We were a little nervous as a previous review mentioned it being a bit warm, but we actually had to turn the A/C down on our 2nd night there! Plenty of fans are provided to help circulate the air flow in the house. Location is close to the zoo and major highways which made getting places a breeze. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Omaha! Thank you J!

The house was beautiful and the location was amazing. We truly wished we were staying longer than our short 2-night stop in Omaha, especially with the accommodations that this house provided. The owner was helpful and attentive, and the house had everything we needed in the best ways. So enjoyable! Absolutely 5 stars. 👍🏼
