''Unique and charming'' island artist's home with endless amenities and extras. This is not your average rental property! This meandering Cape has stained-glass windows, hardwood floors and all the fun and funky details you'd expect from an original Vineyard cottage - but with modern amenities and conveniences. Open living/dining great room with vintage and contemporary furnishings, relaxing sun porch and huge game room with pool table. Wrap-around front porch with hot tub, spiral staircase to an expansive third deck, and back yard with outdoor shower. LOWER LEVEL: screened-in porch, small (1 twin) bedroom, queen bedroom with small deck and outdoor shower, bathroom with shower/claw-foot tub, kitchen, dining/living great room and garden-level game room. UPSTAIRS: two (queen) bedrooms, bathroom with combo shower/tub, and french doors to upper deck. Conveniently located in the Katama area of Edgartown. Walk to Edgartown Great Pond for a swim. Bike or drive (about 2 miles) to Edgartown village and South Beach. Close to bike paths, shopping/restaurants, and grocery and other markets to stock up for your stay. *please note: on July 1, 2019, Massachusetts rental tax law went into effect, and you will see a tax on your rental rate.

Another wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It’s the perfect spot between Edgartown and South Beach. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces for morning coffee and nights when we grilled in. The six of us enjoyed the game room with the pool table, jigsaw puzzles, and board games. We can’t wait to come back to our happy place!

Hosts were super responsive to any needs and lovely to work with. House is in perfect location -beach access and town a short ride away. Very comfortable with every thing you need for a great get away.

Beautiful Home
We had a wonderful time. Plenty of room for 3 couples and a single. Super clean, I loved the decor. Short drive to South Beach. I would highly recommend this home.

Girls trip
This was the perfect house for our girls trip before one of the girls got married this summer. There was plenty of space for hanging out and the sleeping arrangements were great. The Hot Tub was so much fun to relax in after dinner. Everything was clean and the beach chairs on the side of the house were perfect since we didn't have a car to bring our own. Liz the owner even messaged me afterwards and let me know that I had forgotten a small bag at the house. Would definitely recommend this property.

There are several decks to enjoy the outdoors. We appreciated the high ceilings and unique architecture. The area is quiet yet close to both South Beach and town. Perfect Vineyard home
Seaglass Cottage is bright, comfortable, and spacious - the room with the pool table and the hot tub were both big hits with my family during our stay last weekend. There are several decks to enjoy the outdoors. We appreciated the high ceilings and unique architecture. The area is quiet yet close to both South Beach and town. This is a great property, a creative and inspiring space. Ample living areas, both in and out, laid out so privacy can be had by members of family/friends if desired Hot tub, outdoor shower, pool table were all nice features. It is a corner lot, a road runs beside it, but we did not find this to an issue. Nice location to get to both South Beach and Edgartown. Hosts were responsive and pleasant. Lovely stay in wonderful and interesting home
This is a great property, a creative and inspiring space. Ample living areas, both in and out, laid out so privacy can be had by members of family/friends if desired Hot tub, outdoor shower, pool table were all nice features. Vineyard perfection!
The Seaglass Cottage was even better in person than in the pictures. It was airy, spacious, and quiet (away from downtown areas, but not a far drive). The game room was a great way to spend time at night winding down or on rainy days. The kitchen was convenient and was a great flow with the open floor plan. All and all, it exceeded our expectations!!

This is our second summer at Seaglass. We love the location near the Great Pond and Morning Glory Farm. The house has plenty of space for our family with 3 teens. We especially enjoyed eating on the deck, the hot tub and pool table.

Wonderful week in Edgartown!
We spent a fantastic week in this lovely house. Our group included two college age kids and three adults. The pool table was a huge hit with everyone, even with a week of perfect weather! The hot tub was one of the nicest I’ve seen and we enjoyed star gazing while we soaked. :-) The house is spacious and interesting. We loved the stained glass windows and other unique features. Elizabeth was so helpful and responsive to all our communications. We definitely plan to come back to MV and would love to stay in this house again!

Great for all ages!
Delightful island experience without the crowds. The house seemed bigger than advertised and very clean. Jacuzzi and pool table were a highlight. Accommodations were comfortable and there were plenty of reading materials (I enjoyed reading JAWS!). Only down side was there was nowhere to put the trash at the end of our stay (trash was full when we arrived on Thursday).

I imagine it needed TLC due to the pandemic. We had an amazing time and overlooked all the above. Just useful info for future rentals.

We had a great weekend in this lovely house in Edgartown. It is isolated, but a short distance from the center of town. The house has plenty of space and is charming. I would stay again.

Beautiful house! Excellent location
We loved our stay in this beautiful home. The hosts were wonderful and very accommodating - especially during the tricky time of Covid. Plenty of room for our family - and lots for our 3 teenagers to enjoy. Hot tub, outdoor shower, pool table, outdoor decks for relaxing and eating. The location was excellent! We could easily get to Edgartown, Morning Glory Farm, the Great Pond, South Beach.
We will definitely return again and again!!!

Spectacular Edgartown Vacation Home
We had a fabulous vacation at the Seaglass Cottage! The house is beautiful -- very spacious but with charming architectural details that give it a cozy vibe. We loved the hot tub (we were in it every day), the pool table, which was great for our teens, and the two different decks (perfect for lounging or eating meals outside). The house is a short run or bike ride away from South Beach, and it's very easy to get into downtown Edgartown too. It was nice to be so close to the Great Pond as well. The house really offers everything you could possibly want in a Martha's Vineyard vacation. The owners were very helpful with information and were quick to respond if we had any questions too.
This was by far the best home we have ever rented. We were so sad to leave but will definitely be back again next summer!

Fabulous getaway with all the perks
Beautiful Edgartown home with lots of character and fantastic amenities for adults and children. Home is well-cared for and the owners do a great job of communicating throughout the rental process. Hot tub and pool table make for great entertainment when not spending time at the beach. Would definitely rent again next summer!

Had a great wedding weekend!
Had family getting married in town so we rented this lovely little home. Was about 2 miles from downtown. Close enough to get an Uber from anywhere but far away enough to not be in the hub bub of downtown. This house has many little features that make the stay nice. The roof top deck, the stained glass windows and the hot tub. The location was nice and private so we hung out on the side deck a lot too. I would rent here again for sure!

Great location for island explorer(s), centrally located between Edgartown, airport and South Beach. House was comfortable with great amenities including outdoor shower, hot tub and pool table. Hope to return.

5* for Sea Glass Cottage
Sea Glass Cottage is a lovely home away from home. Better than the photos can depict. Roomy, comfortable and quaint. Plenty of porch space, yard and patios around every corner. The hot tub and pool room are added bonuses that were perfect for the family. Easily fit our group of 7, with plenty of space for everyone to get comfortable or have private space. Furnished with super cozy furniture and a nice blend of antique pieces to truly make it a special place.
The owners made check in and out easy and are prompt to communicate if need be.
The location is private with an easy 10 minute bike ride to South Beach and the center of Edgartown. Easy to access the other towns and sites. A quick 10 - 20 minutes from everything the island has to offer. We love fresh fruit and veggies so it's proximity to the Morning Glory Farm's market was ideal.

Property is everything as described and space was perfect for our family gathering. Communication with owner was very prompt and always helpful.
Simply a wonderful stay as we love cook and eat in. Kitchen was well stocked with nice outdoor grilling. Great time!
