Nestled in Key Colony Beach, this charming house for R 5,413 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Key Colony Beach waterfront, 3/2 ocean-side home located on 10th Street with direct access to ocean and bay via Vaca Cut Concrete 37.5-foot dock, equipped to accommodate up to 30ft boats with dockside electric, water, dock guards, cleats, fish cleaning station and bait freezer located in garage. Large (1600 square feet), ground level, one-half duplex with one-car garage. Desirable East facing location. Nicely furnished with custom artwork by Ellen Jones. Newly remodeled kitchen with high-end stainless appliances and quartz counter-tops. Everyone loves how well equipped we keep the kitchen. An added bonus is our CABANA CLUB private membership which includes use of oceanfront heated pool/spa, sandy beach, and snack/tiki bar. The club is a 15 minute walk or a quick drive. Needs nothing, just bring your luggage. Tennis courts, pickle ball courts, golf, basketball court, and children's playground all within walking distance in Key Colony. Walk to the gorgeous Sunset Park in Key Colony for memorable sunsets or enjoy a sunset cruise on your boat. You'll love this home because its also our second home so you can be assured its always clean and well-cared for. A 5 minute drive to San Pablo Catholic Church or Curry Hammock State Park. Drive 15 minutes to the restore Old Seven Mile Bridge where you can enjoy the sunset or take a two mile stroll to the end of the bridge to Pigeon Key. Along the way enjoy seeing the varieties of marine life in the water...tarpon, mangrove snapper, sea turtles, barracuda, and nurse sharks. AREA: Miami and Fort Lauderdale Airports are just two hours away. One hour to Key West Airport, sunsets, and Duval Street all from this prime location in the beautiful Florida Keys. We enjoyed staying at this property. It has everything necessary and was very convenient for our family. Cabana club has a great pool and a nice beach. Sunset park is walking distance and has spectacular sunsets. The owner was very helpful, kind and responsive.

We had a great stay this year for mini season. The property was beautiful, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We were able to dock our 23T Bluewater with no issue and the sea wall was in perfect condition. The owners were quick to respond to my questions and very kind. We can’t wait to stay again next year.

Extremely clean and well equipped house.

This house was one of the best we've stayed in. We've always stayed in KCB and have never been disappointed but this house was a notch above. Clean is an understatement. The linens were excellent, towels thick and soft (we thought they were new), beds are comfy, etc. It's obvious the owners look at this property as more than just a rental. It was as nice as I keep my own home. Our overall rating would be a10 and that's hard to achieve. Very well done! Summer, you rock!

We loved the property! Heather was prompt any time we had a question. The home is lovely with very nice furnishings. We loved that it was only a little over an hour in both directions of Key Largo and Key West where we scuba and snorkeled. We enjoyed the atmosphere and community of Key Colony. We attended a free 4-6 PM Concert at Sunset Park & Beach, and it was fun to see couples in the community dancing. The local residence were very nice and helpful. We also enjoyed using the Cabana Club Pool and Beach a lot too! The food and Pina Coladas were good there. I would say our stay was a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend this property to anyone who enjoys a quality place to stay! Thank you Heather and Family!

Perfect Week in the Florida Keys, March 13-20.
We loved the property! Heather was prompt any time we had a question. The home is lovely with very nice furnishings. Great location, great place to stay
Everything about the property was excellent from the start. Getting the key was easy, there are lots of hoses and 110V access for boat cleaning and charging, and access to the property is a piece of cake by boat.
We had everything we needed to cook dinner and have a great time!

From the boat dock to the garage. All was thought out for the best rental experience ...
The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances, dishes , pots and pans, utensils; moreover, nearly everything is of high quality . The ac was awsome keep the house very cool, never missed a beat.
The beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable of any rental we stayed at in key Colony.
I just was pleased all the way around which is kind of rare for me when staying in a rental.
All in all I would hands down recommended Heather and their beautiful rental in Key Colony without exception!!!!!!

Beautiful vacation stay on the water
Beautiful home that had everything we needed for a 7 night stay. The house was stocked with all essentials and even with 6 people staying in the home, we all were comfortable and will definitely be back. The boat dock is top notch and makes life convient after a day on the boat.

Excellent vacation home. No noisy neighbors. Dan loaned us tools when I needed minor repair to my boat. Easy access by boat to the Gulf or Atlantic. We would book again.

Everything was excellent! Loved having a comfortable house and our boat docked out back!
This property was fabulous! I loved how the entire house was decorated with attention to every detail! Beds were extremely comfortable, even though the king size bed was challenging to get into for a 5 foot woman due to it's height. This was a great location for boating. We brought our 19 ft. boat and were able to keep it docked out back. Great dock with water hose and electric. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evening and talking with the neighbor. There was room for parking for a large F150 truck, trailer, and mid size car. The Cabana Club had a nice pool and beach area to swim in. I am so glad we booked this property and we will definitely return.

Meh. It was ok when the ac worked and the ants stayed away.
The house was clean so that was nice. Grill was left filthy and with no propane so we borrowed propane from the neighbor and gave him $35 worth of ballyhoo bait in exchange for using it twice. He complained to the owner that I didn’t also replace the gas so the owner charged us $20 for it without even asking me what happened. Also the neighbors happy dog was annoying and they let it run wild on our side of the fence. AC went out Saturday and it was 86 degrees in the house when it was “fixed.” Never cooled less than 77 after. Huge ants present in the house and couldn’t find where they were coming from. I asked to add an additional night and was told there is an “extra charge for having six people” despite the fact that the rental is listed for six people and I didn’t pay an extra charge to begin with, so I had to pay an extra $20 on the last night when they hadn’t charged for extra people previously. The owner offered to refund one night (without the extra person charge and minus the $20 for propane) for the AC issue and that didn’t even cover our stay at a hotel for when the AC was broken. Also- it is advertised as “bring just your luggage” but we had to purchase dish detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent. We never could find a broom or dust pan so we couldn’t sweep all week, which was annoying. I won’t be renting from them again and I hope to never hear from them.

Great place to stay!
Great location on Marathon. Wouldn't have changed a thing with the house. Well appointed, bright, open and plenty of room. It was nice having access to the pool, beach and Sunset Beach in the Key Colony community. Everything you need is nearby.
Appreciate the hospitality of the owner, manager, and neighbors. Great stay, highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay in the Key's!!
This house has everything a perfect vacation needs. The space was bright, clean, well-equipped and beautifully decorated. The patio over-looking the canal is spacious and great for outside dinners, lunches or breakfasts. The next door neighbours were kind and respectful. Overall, a great place to spend a vacation!
