Gute Lage. Trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Gutes Frühstück
Waren zu dritt in einem Zimmer. Bei aufgeschlagener Couch wird es eng.

Das Personal hatte zuwenig Ahnung/Antworten auf verschiedene Fragen (z.Bsp. könnte ich ein Sitzkissen oder eine Decke für die Stühle draußen haben: Anwort: ich glaube sowas haben wir nicht)
Frühstück könnte etwas ausreichender/abwechslungsreicher sein (Lachs, Paprika). Ich war über Muttertag dort, da wäre ein Sektglas für die Damen wünschenswert gewesen.
Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

Locatie is minder, vrij ver van stadscentrum. Zit ook naast drukke weg dus raampje open voor frisse lucht geeft geluidsoverlast

Alles vorhanden, was man für ein Frühstück braucht. Reichhaltige Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken.
Das Hotel ist sehr gut zu erreichen und bietet Parkplätze hinter dem Haus. Man erreicht die Innenstadt sehr schnell.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer für Fragen da.
Die Kosten für den Parkplatz könnten etwas niedriger sein.

We have already visited this hotel before and I have left a review that we would visit it again if needed, so we did. Everything was clean, well prepared, breakfast was sufficient enought, the lobby has got a slight holiday vibe what our children admired the most. And again, we would be happy to stay here again.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet und reichhaltig.
Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig (Bushaltestellen fast direkt vor der Haustür) und dennoch nicht laut.
Die Freundlichkeit und Flexibilität der Rezeptionisten war fantastisch.
Kostenlos hätte für 3 Personen mehr an Tee, Kaffee und Milch im Zimmer vorrätig sein dürfen.

Das Frühstück war einfach genial mehr geht nicht mehr; Anbindung an den ÖVPN ist Super nur ca. 3-5min bis zur Haltestelle in jede Richtung. Zimmer ist alles drin was man braucht der Service mit der Reinigung abbestellen und dadurch ein Freigetränke zu bekommen finde ich Persönlich sehr gut.
Die Schranke wäre gut wenn man diese auch mit der Zimmerkarten öffnen könnte, dies war nicht möglich, hier wäre eventuell nach holbedarf, aber dies wäre jetzt Jammern auf hohen Niveau, eine Information das man ein separates Ausfahrticket brauch wäre Sinnvoll

Personal hätte freundlicher sein können.
Seit unserer Reise vor über 3 Wochen ist die Buchung immernoch doppelt belastet und noch nicht freigegeben. Hiess nach 3-5 Werktage würde es wieder freigegeben werden…

The breakfast was fantastic and offered a lot of choice for the kids. Especially the pancake machine was a plus for our daughter! The rooms were clean and just as we requested, we got rooms near to each other (just across the hallway)
The location is quite near the city center for Wiesbaden, but it's too far to walk and you need to take a bus. This wouldn't have been a problem, but the road next to the busstop was under construction and it was very difficult to reach this way. The hotel obviously can't help this at all.

Absolutely nothing.
They put four people in a room for three! The discussion with the staff was pointless as they language skills were very poor.

Great place to stay a night while traveling. Rooms were nice, the city center is 20 minutes walking away and the garage (at additional cost but not too expensive) under the building was a huge plus.
The man at the reception was absolutely lovely and friendly.
I guess having an EV charger (either in a hotel or close by), but from what i understood - they are installing one later this year.

Clean, mostly accessible room. Shower chair provided when requested. Nice breakfast.
Bathroom being so open, the room flooded. Need grab bars in shower. Rubber mat or non-skid strips need on slippery tile!
