This one-of-a-kind home has everything you could want in a beach retreat! 6 Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms (3 full/2 half), a beautiful large, covered porch with outdoor seating, the garage area is spacious providing a game room with a ping pong table and bar. The private pool is an outdoor oasis with a spacious patio area, privacy fencing, beautiful grounds with poolside grilling and a table for outdoor dining. Bring the whole family there is something for everyone and plenty of room for the whole group to spread out! This reverse floor plan unit has a custom kitchen on top level with a gas stove. The open floor plan allows for guests to dine in the dining room and at the breakfast bar with plenty of space. This large kitchen is perfect for cooking dinner for the family, whether you're having your summer cookout or spending the holidays at the beach! From the second floor porch, guests can go up the spiral staircase to the rooftop deck to take in the beautiful ocean views. Washer/dryer and linens included. Outside includes a gas grill (propane tanks can be exchanged at the Island Realty office during normal business hours), fenced in yard, covered patio, outdoor shower with warm water, and private pool. Garage area has bar and ping pong table. Pool is heated for additional fee $400 and must be added on at time of booking. Cable and Wi-Fi included. No smoking or pets please. Our family had a wonderful time in IOP staying at this lovely home! The house was great and the pool was well-kept and clean. The owners have clearly thought about their guests and have a well-appointed home. There was a minor issue with the microwave and a service tech came out right away to fix it. We've been coming to IOP for decades and this was one of our very favorite homes.

The house that we rented located at 3003 cameron blvd exceeded our expectations. Well kept, clean and convenient to our needs. The only issue we had was with the swimming pool. Because we would be in town the week of April 17, 2023, I paid the extra fee to have the pool heated.Apparently my idea of a heated pool is quite different than the maintenance dept. After 1 call to correct the situation is was not remedied. Sad to watch my 3 grandaughters ages 7, 5 1/2 and 4 stand beside the pool and look at the water. We left the morning of the 23rd and the pool was still not heated. Maybe a solar cover would be a good idea. I should have thrown the 400.00 in the air on cameron blvd. would have gotten the same result. wasted money.Synopsis. If you ever pay for heating a pool, ask what temperature the pool will be heated to so you have a baseline to work from. Other than that, the house was wonderful.

Island realty was courteous and responsive to the issues we encountered with our rental.The property location, size and space were good. Our main issue with the house was the pool, grill and patio were not properly cleaned when we arrived. The house is also showing it's age. It needs a deep cleaning for areas of mold especially in shower and bath areas. The property did meet our needs, but based upon it's rental cost, we would look at other comparable rentals in the future.

We rented this property for a guy's trip. Overall, we enjoyed the house and our time in IOP. However, the backyard/pool area left a lot to be desired. The pool was far smaller than we expected and incredibly dirty; to the point where we did not want to get in the water.

Everything was awesome except the pool heater was not turned on prior to arrival. It took two days of the vacation to heat up. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

The house is in an awesome location and is a great layout so everyone has their space. The yard and pool are nice and there is privacy from the neighbors. The kitchen is well stocked and there are a number of chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys for a day at the beach. However, the house needs some serious TLC. Seemed as if it has been rented back to back without having a deep (needed) cleaning. Also, some mattresses are worn and need replacement. The pool had a lot of sand in the bottom and there was a bikini bathing suit top at the bottom of the pool and a pair of false eyelashes on the patio next to the pool. Some of the pots and pans needed to be scrubbed before we could use them. The kitchen cabinet knobs were sticky. The burners on the outdoor grill need replacement. We were also surprised that some bathrooms had no toilet paper and some were missing hand towels. And carpeting in bedrooms could use some steam cleaning. With some needed TLC this would be an awesome beach vacation home and we would recommend it. (NOTE: We did contact the rental company the morning after we arrived about the pool and they did send the pool company over to clean it. We did not contact the realty company on all our concerns as we were there only three days.)

Great place, cleanliness concerns
The renting process was flawless. The property is beautiful. Unfortunately, there were obvious cleaning issues. There was what appeared to be dried urine around the toilet in one of the bathrooms; the bedrooms had not been thoroughly vacuumed. The coffee pot had not been washed, cooked on coffee was left in pot. No toilet tissue or soap in two of the bathrooms. We brought our own, but expected some to be there. I took pictures of the Unvacuumed areas, and the bathroom. I loved the property itself, but the cleaning crew needs to be monitored. Thanks

Beautiful yard. Kitchen extreme.y well equipped; however there was very little storage space for food items we brought. Porches were very comfortable. Bedroom location allowed privacy for everyone. The basement area was great for rainy days and just a break from the sun. We have a wheelchair confined family member, getting in and out of the elevator on the 3rd floor was a bit tight and using the high dining table was tricky but certainly manageable. I would highly recommend this house!

Great location with plenty of room!
Overall, my family loved this property. It was a 2-3 minute walk to the beach and right off Palm Blvd. Great location! The house was plenty big for a family of 11. The pool was perfect and the backyard landscaping was a pleasant (beautiful) surprise. The elevator was a great addition for hauling groceries, luggage, and kids.
The only negative to the property were the bathrooms. The Jack-and-Jill shower on the main floor smelled like mildew. There were obvious ventilation issues as the ceilings in the toilet room and shower had some moisture spots. The other main floor shower had a similar issue as the grout looked a bit rough.
Other than the showers, we were pleased with the upgraded kitchen, the spacious family room, and the fantastic outdoor living areas. We would stay again!

Best House!
We had such an amazing time here- the house was even nicer than we were expecting. Everything was super clean, functional, and perfect for what we needed. Close to the beach and about 20-25 minutes from downtown Charleston. I would def stay here again! Highly recommend :)

The house is nicely furnished with great spaces for everyone to be together or to spread out if they want. All the rooms were completely ready when we arrived: fresh towels and sheets, our own soaps and shampoos. The house is a very short walk to the beach and has beach chairs and even a cart to help with carrying things to and from.

Our trip was very nice. The house was a very easy location. I would recommend if you are traveling by air, make note, there are no beach towels. Important if you traveling with young kids. We had our adult family, so it was not an issue. Overall nice place and close to the beach.

Awesome stay!

Ahhhhamazing!
We loved this home!! We rented this house for my sisters Bachelorette and it was beyond perfect. Upon arrival several girls mention that we have to rent this again! The amount of beds was great. The kitchen/dining area are perfect for a large group. The elevator was a huge plus to transport luggage and groceries! You aren’t far from the beach access and it’s totally walkable. Overall, the house was great and we had an amazing trip!!
