Pésima atención, la mujer de la recepción es la persona más grosera que he encontrado en un hotel. No están dispuestos a encontrar soluciones para sus huéspedes.

Everything the cleanliness location comfort and the Louis and his wife were great company. Louis is so eager to find out about the people who stay there and genuinely interrsted.

Fantastic location, very close to the zocalo and the churches. Very friendly and professional staff, clean room and bathroom.
Our only problem was the lack of bathroom carpet in the bathroom.

Location is very good, 3 blocks from the central plaza and on the same street as the bus terminal. The facilities are new, and in good taste. There are nice quality photos throughout. The mattress was firm and the shower worked well. The owner gave good info about things in town. You can find cheaper in town, but probably not nicer.
