Quality Hotel is located in a very good location. The hotel has a unique focus on attention to guests. I highly recommend it when you travel to Juba.

Breakfast was good. Staff were really helpful arranging airport pick-up and drop-off and money changing etc. Room was clean, had aircon. Swimming pool was fantastic and was great to see it being used by visitors and locals as well.

Facility could have been a bit newer, and some elements of the furniture were looking a bit tired but still a great place to be.

The staff and the management are great! They informed me well in advance that due to the visit off the Pope, the airspace for inbound flights may be closed. I was able to change my tickets and avoid the unnecessary extension of my stay!

The bed is comfortable.

Bathroom and toilet lack good finishing. It is looks a bit awkward.

The location is great for a first time Juba visitor. The food was good as well, especially their breakfast buffet. I really liked the Garden seating area.

The ladies at reception are EXTREMELY RUDE. Nonexistent customer service! There was a rat in my room that kept me up almost all night.
