This beautiful 4 bedroom, (possibly 5 bedrooms) 3 bath home is located off the 14th Fairway in beautiful Innsbrook, MO. It has 2 living rooms to enjoy visiting with family and friends. Enjoy the 70 inch television in the newly finished walk-out lower level! It has a beautiful view of the golf course, with a large deck to view wildlife. It is Located within a mile of the clubhouse and Innsbrook's beautiful Aspen Center. This home features a large deck and a walk-out basement that offers a second kitchen, second living room, the 4th bedroom, and a possible 5th bedroom. The Lower level also has a brand new kitchen/breakfast bar area. The main floor kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal or a holiday feast! This home offers plenty of places to sit and enjoy a meal with your friends and family. This is a great home to host a golf outing with friends or family or just get together for a nice relaxing weekend! Innsbrook amenities are included when you rent this home. (you have to pay to golf) We are located 5.5 miles from Hwy 70 and 5 miles from Cedar Lake Cellars. You can take advantage of Innsbrook's swimming pool complex, children's playground, many beaches and lakes, fitness center, tennis courts, and even take in a summer outdoor concert.

The property was well maintained and very accomodating. Everyone felt right at home and there were no complaints about the property. It was easily accessible, and the members of our group had no difficulty with directions. We could tell that the host had given attention to details, and she responded quickly to the few questions that we had.

This was our annual golf trip with 10 guys playing between Thursday and Sunday. The house gave us plenty of space to spread out and relax. Everything was as described and everyone had a great time!

The house is very nice and clean. Loved it. We all felt very comfortable right away using the blankets and all the house had to offer.

The house was large enough to accommodate our Thanksgiving, and has a beautiful view over the golf course. But, the overall maintenance of the home gave us a couple of issues. They needed to replace the garage door opener and did so right before we came which was very impressive and thoughtful, but there was a broken bed, kitchen cabinet doors falling off and several outlets that were not functional to turn on lamps in a room. We attempted to reattach the hinges on the kitchen cabinets. Outside there was a beautiful fire pit in the yard with no chairs to sit on. I contacted the host who suggested we sleep in a different bed No laundry soap that was promised to wash our sheets while checking out. We love traveling and using b&b’s and found this to offer less amenities such as shampoo, or k-cups than other same price homes . There were no toys for kids. The rugs were stained and many walls had multiple scuff marks. Overall still a good experience in spite of a home with spotty maintenance.

This home was perfect for our weekend gathering. We are friends who get together every year, this is the first time we rented in Innsbrook, we really enjoyed it. My parent's used to own an A-Frame years ago so I was familiar with the resort. Thank you. Denise

This was a great property take take family and friends to. This Innsbrook property was very spacious and had all the amenities that we needed. Check in and check out information was provided and easy to follow. This was a gated community. We were given all the information we needed to get in and out of the area with no hassle.
There are numerous activities that you can do in the area. We were only here for a couple days. I would definitely recommend coming back again to explore all the different activities available in Innsbrook.

The house was great it needs a little TLC though. There was missing hardware on the cabinets. It needs some drywall work and a coat of paint.

Just Perfect!

Its a gated community in a wooded location that was very peaceful. Felt safe and secure to be there with kids. enjoyed every minute of it. Host was very responsive and great to correspond with.

We had a wonderful experience! The view overlooking the woods and golf course was breathtaking with the autumn colors and deer meandering through. The beds were very comfortable. We loved our stay!

Innsbrook is a beautiful area and has much to offer. The house leaves much to be desired. Upon arriving at the property, the home is a bit outdated and unkept, but not unsafe. During the evening, there was a major thunderstorm and the power went out around midnight. As we were cleaning up for the evening, we saw a few small bugs. At first they were one or two on the floor. As we began cleaning up the kitchen, we saw they were on the counter, the kitchen sink, in our food as well as in our bathroom sinks. In the morning, the group decided we were uncomfortable staying there with no power, no estimate of power returning from Ameren, and cockroaches infesting the place. I contacted property owner and she was aware of the bugs inside the home as she stated had it sprayed the Monday prior to our arrival.
She comped us for the night we did not stay, but will not refund for the evening we did, although we easily threw away 200.00 work of food for the 6 of us that weekend. This was reported to VRBO, along with photographic proof, but I was told that they cannot handle this case and that it was between the renter and owner. Don't stay here if you can avoid it.

The property was even better in person! The photos do not due it justice! Robyn was super responsive and easy to work with! The beach was fun and short drive to the winery and other attractions. My family had a wonderful time!

Amazing family weekend!
This was a family get together with 9 of us and we had an amazing time. Robyn was extremely responsive to our questions (where to find the kayaks, etc), especially for it being a weekend. The house was beautiful and spacious, and we had a great time outside cooking smores on the firepit. I would highly recommend renting this home for your upcoming family gathering!

We had a group of 12 total with kids and there was plenty of space and comfy beds for us all Home is well kept and plenty of open window view to enjoy all our natural habitat. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay and would definitely recommend this Host❤️
