Having said that, please read the following description of our Solana Beach Property ... :-) Whether you're sitting on the covered patio enjoying breakfast or a sparkling sunrise, relaxing in the cozy living room enjoying the fireplace and the ocean views, or on the lovely west facing deck overlooking the ocean taking in the panoramic view of the Ocean or a gorgeous sunset, the Pacific Ocean is yours to enjoy every day with picture perfect views! No details were overlooked in the complete and total 2016 remodel of this elegant and contemporary designed 1,544 square foot , 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom Townhouse with spectacular ocean views. The high quality complete remodel/rebuild by the Interior Designer of this Townhouse features all new electrical, plumbing, windows and doors, walls, ceilings, lighting, all new kitchen and bathrooms, raised ceilings, and all new stainless steel Bosch appliances in the kitchen, independently controlled and programmable air conditioning in each of the two bedrooms and in the living area on the second floor, and a laundry with washer and dryer. All of the furniture, linens, towels, mattresses, and furnishings throughout the Townhouse are also new. The property is fully supplied with a stock of all paper goods (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, etc.), laundry soap, hand soap, etc. In short ... everything is new, clean, contemporary in design, spacious, and very comfortable! Our Solana Beach property also includes high speed WiFi Internet service, Cable TV on two high definition "4K" TVs located in the Living Room and Master Bedroom. The Master Bedroom has a new and comfortable King Size bed, new furniture, and an all new and spacious Master Bathroom. The Second Bedroom has a new and comfortable Queen Size bed, furniture, and its own full and spacious bathroom. This is a lovely and contemporarily remodeled vacation home in a beautiful location next to the Pacific Ocean in Solana Beach. With 160 degree ocean views, this Townhouse is only a 2 minute stroll to some of the best beaches in San Diego County ... and southern California in general. Two reserved parking spaces for your cars are provided in the gated garage, along with a large separate locked storage cabinet to store all of your beach fun equipment. Only a short walk away from many good dining and shopping choices in Solana Beach, this is one of the best locations and properties in San Diego County !! Air Conditioning: Very few properties on the Solana Beach 'Bluff' have air conditioning available. Our newly remodeled and contemporary designed Solana Beach property provides air conditioning in each of the two bedrooms, and on the second floor living area. Each of the bedrooms has its own new and independently programmable air conditioning, which allows you to control the room temperature, fan speeds, auto start and stop times, filters the air, and other features by remote control. In this way, you have the choice of either cooling the bedrooms by the natural air flow of the Ocean breezes (by far the way in which most guests prefer), or you can simply set the temperature that you like best and then enjoy a good night's sleep. Either way, you will enjoy your stay at our newly remodeled and contemporarily designed Solana Beach property overlooking the Ocean ! Our lovely Property located near the Ocean is also within easy walking distance to "Cedros Ave", the Downtown Design District of Solana Beach. There are many 'one-of-a-kind' shops, boutiques and galleries, plus unique Home and Garden stores, that have made Cedros "the Avenue with Everything". Go surfing or hiking in the morning, walk to yoga, pilates, a salon or even a day spa in the afternoon and enjoy a great dinner and glass of wine at the 'Wild Note Cafe' in the evening, then catch a concert at the world famous 'Belly Up' music club next door. Catch the excitement of the near by Del Mar Racetrack. The Solana Beach train station is just short walk from the property, from which you can take a 20 minute train ride along the ocean straight into Downtown San Diego (from which it is also a less than 5 minute cab ride to the San Diego Airport!). You can also take the train to Orange County or Los Angeles ... with the many attractions there to entertain you! In short, Solana Beach has it all ... a vibrant, stylish and culturally rich urban coastal with a true California 'beach town' feeling ! Checking In and Out: On the day of your arrival, please note that the normal Check-In time is between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. On the day of your departure, the Check-Out time is between 11:00 AM. This is a beautiful townhome in a gorgeous location! Great access to the beach as well as neighboring shops and restaurants. The unit is very clean and the owner is very helpful and responsive to any needs/questions. We’ll be back!

William provided us with an amazing experience at his rental. He met us at the property and showed us around the complex and gave us the layout of the home. The house is beyond immaculate with top of the line appliances. There were plenty of amenities. It felt so relaxing and was truly a wonderful stay. The view was breathtaking! We enjoyed the sunsets every night. We walked down to the beach in the mornings to exercise. The parking is gated and super safe. We left our electric bikes in the garage locked together and never worried. The beds are super comfortable. The only drawback is…. There are many steps to get from garage to the condo and then there are steps to get to the main living area. This was not a problem at all for us as we are very active and considered it part of our workout (every step counts!). I only bring that up in case someone considers renting that cannot handle stairs. The grounds around the complex are so well maintained and a beautiful setting with a koi pond (and a turtle that likes to sun bathe). The employees were constantly working on the landscape and making sure everything looked perfect. There are two pools (heated) and hot tubs. We never used them but they were very clean. It was lit up so beautifully for the holidays! Very close to everything - stores, beach, freeway. We will most definitely stay here again. I would highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed!!!

Great spot for us as a couple with several amenities onsite - swimming (heated pool) and tennis and staircase down to ocean for jogs.
Property itself updated recently and spotless. As a work from home person, wifi was perfect and could use dining area with well light area.
This is a sun drenched place and you have views of ocean and town/hills from upstairs!
There are several steps:stairs and a small uphill to get from parking to the condo. So be aware for those with mobility limitations.
Host was proactive and most welcoming. Checked in on us throughout and that makes all the difference on experience and feeling as a home away from home!

This was our first visit to Solana Beach and I hope it won't be our last. First and foremost, Bill is a wonderful host. The pre-arrival email is so nicely detailed that we didn't have any worries on our arrival day. Bill greeted us at the gate, walked us to the townhouse and showed us the entire place before taking us around the complex and showing us how to get to the pool, tennis court and beach. The grounds are beautiful with koi ponds lush vegetation and benches overlooking the bluff and the ocean. It really feels like a world away. The view of the ocean is spectacular from the deck and the interior of the townhouse couldn't be more comfortable and spacious. The pictures are fantastic but being there is better! With easy drives to all of the coastal towns, you can't beat this location. Our only problem was that we had to go home! Thank you, Bill, for providing such a wonderful place for celebrating my birthday.

The great room is lovely, light filled, serene- feels like new. Bathrooms are great, too. Pool & tennis courts good. All very clean. Owner available and helpful. Reno was done in 2021, based on reviews, and the kitchen appliances now function poorly, which was a disappointment for me.

We had the best stay at this Solana Beach condo. Not only was the owner Bill's communication excellent prior to our stay, but certainly on the day we arrived. The unit and complex have a lot of amenities, and Bill took some great time showing us around the property and the condo so we knew how to live comfortably for a week. The condo is immaculate, and when I say immaculate, everything is super clean and presents as brand new. You can tell that the place is kept well so that you feel like you are staying in a fresh/modern place. When it comes to amenities, the unit has it all. Every kitchen utensil, down to cleaning solution is provided and it made it so easy just to relax and enjoy the week. We will definitely be back!

I chose this particular condo based on the fantastic reviews and beautiful descriptions of the details of the home, plus the close access to the beach, and my daughter and I were above and beyond thrilled with everything! It did not disappoint in any way. The owner Bill was so friendly and helpful and was always quick to answer any questions we had. We were also very impressed with Bill’s son Stas who helped us with our luggage when we left since Bill was out of town then.
I cannot say enough about how much we relaxed and enjoyed staying here. There’s no other place to stay in San Diego for us when we visit again! Thank you Bill for everything!

The grounds were very pretty and serene and could probably be played up more in the listing. Walk to beach is steep but so close to unit. Overall we had a great time. Only drawbacks for us were furnishings and an extra bed. We had four people, so a sleeper in living room would've been great. We also almost moved a comfy chair from a bedroom to the upstairs, as the living room seating was a bit sparse for us.

Great location! Very nice property and unit! The owner met us at the property which was very helpful. Parking was a little tight for 2 cars, however, it was not a big issue. I would definitely stay there again.

Great visit to Solana Beach
My wife and I had a great vacation in this wonderful condo. We walked every morning on the beach and there are many good restaurants near by. And of course there is the "walkable" Del Mar Race Track!
