Large deck has views of the ocean and marsh- great for bird watching. Amenities include central air conditioning, wireless internet access, washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Spacious open kitchen, dining area, and living room. Outdoor Shower, large yard, and Flatscreen TV's throughout. Launch your kayak from the river located in the back yard. Special Note for Spring and Fall stays: Opening and closing of outside shower is weather dependent. Please contact for details. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The family had a wonderful time reading, puzzles, walking the beach, and exploring Cape Cod. The house met all our needs and was the fourth year we have rented as its proximity to the beach is a wonderful addition.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at this lovely home for several years (we actually try to make it twice a year when we can). I can't say enough good things about both the home and Martha Murray. The location is perfect! The home is clean, bright and well stocked with everything you could ever want. The rooms are spacious and having three bathrooms is great! The outdoor shower is perfect after a day at the beach. We'll keep coming back as often as we can!
