I will never stay there again! Totally disappointed

The location was nice, the garden size and space in the house.

The house was dirty, it was not cleaned or managed properly. The shower curtain was dirty in the main bedroom, the main bedroom bathroom smelt like sewage if you closed the window. There was an old spiderweb on the window on the main bedroom. No one bothered to clean it because no one has ever properly cleaned the house. Each person got one towel, we had to ask for more. The crib was broken. One of the beds in the children’s room was broken, the Sponge Bob pictures and clock on the wall were faded, broken and didn’t work. The showers in the bathrooms were rusted and had no water pressure and the shower would flood the bathroom if you didn’t close the curtain properly. The toilet seats are lose and the toilet paper holder broke in the second bathroom. There were random ornaments in the house like the broken shesha in the main bedroom. The couch hadn’t been cleaned in ages- I found an old pacifier between the cushions and there are stains all over it. There were marks on the floor and muddy footprints on the walls. The walls had marks and scratches all over them that had been badly repaired and were only repainted over those areas. The fireplace had barely been cleaned thoroughly after every use and there were wires just hanging from the TV. There was a brown mark above the sliding door that no one has bothered to clean and a mark on the back door. The Aircon remote in the second bedroom didn’t work because no one has bothered to check and change the batteries. The electricity kept tripping every time we would use the oven and had to get someone to come in and put the electricity back on. We had to clean the dish washer as the filter had never been cleaned. The washing machine also had never been wiped or cleaned. The outdoor furniture was broken and rusted. The BBQs were old, rusted and even dirty because it’s the guest’s responsibility to clean the facilities, so no one is overseeing the cleanup.

A great villa, great location and an enjoyable stay

Very clean villa, spacious and comfortable. Area was peaceful during May, just what we were looking for

Disappointed to have a non functioning alarm or safe so we had to carry all money and passports on our person at all times. We had to leave other valuables in the villa. I do feel we need at least one security feature working, every villa I’ve ever stayed in before has had both The DVD player did not work, not a game changer but it was in villa description and it was there but not working. We had taken a selection of DVDs for late evenings

Tired, overpriced and needs some love and attention. Disappointed.

The location was great. Walking distance to beach bars and restaurants. The villa was also a good size and we really enjoyed the outdoor space. It was very secluded and quiet. Big fridge.

When we arrived at the property, it had not been cleaned. With guests apparently just checking out just the day before, it clearly hadn't had any ventilation before our arrival, which is very poor considering COVID. We weren't impressed at all at the lack of preparation for our arrival. They did respond quickly, luckily and we went off for dinner while the property was cleaned. The villa was probably high spec when built (and when the pictures were taken), but it's just been let go. It's 50 shades of brown. You are lucky to find a window and blind that open together, which makes the living space in particular feel very dark. The curtains are falling apart they are so old. Horrible bedspreads that are stained. You would never want to sleep under them which meant we were a bit cold with just bedsheets. Sofa covered with throws that I can't imagine have been cleaned in a long while. Pool has green tide mark and we didn't see anyone all week to clean it. Could do with more bowls and glasses in the kitchen. Cupboard handles sticky. Lovely terrace area with old, uncomfortable furniture with small seat pads on rattan chairs that should have big cushions. Broken outdoor table and umbrella. The place needs painting throughout, some new furniture and a lot of tlc. I feel like the owners approach is 'that will do'. That's ok, but they shouldn't be charging what they are charging for it. We looked online at some of the other villas on the street, same price and amazing inside. You could book this place and enjoy your stay. As long as you go prepared for the fact that the place looks nothing like the pictures. If you go with this expectation you won't be as disappointed as we were, but I imagine for the money there are plenty of better options.

Pleasant stay but the house definitely needs improvement.

Location was ideal. Very close to everything- shops, restaurants, beach but you could still enjoy your privacy. Comfortable rooms for the whole family, nice pool area and clean swimming pool. Agni travel did their best to assist us with our requests and their replies were instant.

The whole house needs reconditioning both inside and outside. Electrical appliances in the kitchen were broken, light bulbs outside at the bbq area were not working, cot bed was broken. The air conditioning in the lounge area was broken and it took 3 days for it to be fixed. The veranda upstairs even though its nice to use it, the furniture there are old and not comfortable. Both inside (bathrooms, kitchen) and outside (bbq area) were ants everywere and we had to buy insecticide in order to go away. Very basic cleaning of the house and the amenities offered. Not even a bottle of water in the fridge.

Service received in exchange of the rent paid is a sham. Only location is of advantage.

Location was perfect, very close to the beach and at the same time secluded. The street across is safe for kids as the it ends near the villa. Property size is good.

The rent charged for 6 days was absorbent considering the way property was maintained. Its a shame, the handlers have been doing a poor job. Following was observed: 1. Pool was dirty, not cleaned. 2. All kitchen ware needed to be washed again, as were sticky (must have been inside the cabinets for long). 3. Kitchen blinders are stuck in closed position. 4. Food blenders was at times operational and is at end of its life. 5. Basis amenities such as extra garbage bags, toilet papers, napkins were not present at the property. 6. TV remote does not exist. So forget about it. Sat box or whatever box there is does not work. 7. Living room air con performance is quite poor. Is not able to reach 25 or 26 degrees. 8. Lot of waste is lying around the property. 9. Villa outside walls were repaired, however all the removed debris or damaged plaster was left on the garden. 10. Pool umbrellas are damaged. 11. Kitchen electrical exhaust unit does not function. Why? Because after fitting the unit, exhaust pipe was never connected. 12. Terrace needs to be maintained. Garbage from the terrace needs to be removed. 12. Service received in exchange of the rent paid is a sham. Over evaluated property. Should be in the range of fifty per day.

Nice yard and very close to Latsi and Akamas.

A/c in the living room was not working, ants everywhere in the house, the bottom of the bathtub was flexing with water inside, pool was not clean when we arrived.
